I just had the pleasure of partnering with Kate, our Services Consultant from Recollective. Kate was incredible. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and efficient. She also rolled with our ever-moving launch dates and supported the team as we quickly had to spin up a second board to account for a companion study. We cannot thank Kate enough! The support didn't stop at Kate, but Emma, our Account Manager, is an incredible partner. She’s quick to help find the right solution for us and also so flexible in supporting our needs. Thank you, Emma!” **What do you dislike about Recollective?** The invoicing process can be a bit cumbersome. Currently they invoice licenses and support separately, in addition to any added costs accrued. It would be nice to hold until the end of the project and invoice at once. **What problems is Recollective solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recollective was the lynchpin tool for us to execute highly compelling research. Additionally, they were able to clone the study so we could spin up a companion one without much effort at all. They are a breeze to work with! ### 2. I think they're very effective tools, allowing me to work with much larger samples, which is great. The AI conversations let me do interviews with a much larger sample. Before, it was just me doing them, and now with the AI support, I can reach 100 people rather than just 20. The AI analysis tool allows me to turn around analysis and reporting much faster, saving me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Recollective?** I think the only thing that doesn't work for me is the fact that I cannot at the moment, upload data from other platforms. So for example, I do a lot of interviews on Teams, and it will be super helpful if I could upload that data into Recollective and use the AI analysis tool to help me analyze data from other places. **What problems is Recollective solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Recollective to test different campaigns and gather insights on what resonates with participants. For us, Recollective offers our clients an asynchronous approach to qualitative research. It is often used when a hybrid option is needed, a methodology in between a full quantitative or full qualitative study. Recollective allows us to incorporate creative qualitative exercises in a digital space in conjunction with quant-like features if needed. **What do you dislike about Recollective?** Overall, the platform is great. My feedback is mostly programming-specific. I wish there were an option to rearrange the answer types in the multimedia task when multiple are toggled and an option for participants to select their own markers in the review tasks within parameters I set. From an analysis standpoint, I do wish there were a few more quant-like analysis features, but I'm unsure what this would look like. **What problems is Recollective solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recollective provides an asynchronous option for qualitative research, incorporating creative exercises digitally at scale. This feature makes the survey experience more enjoyable for respondents and allows me to be creative in gaining insights from them. The platform also lets us validate respondents, save time and money, which is incredibly helpful. For shopping mission exercises, the versatility allows respondents to shop in person or online via screen recording. I also find it easy to use for image and video reviews, which is great for concept testing. The initial setup was easy, and I even rated it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for recommending it to friends or colleagues. **What do you dislike about Recollective?** I wish the formatting flow of the Fill the Blank was a bit better - inserting pictures within that area sometimes gets wonky, and the tables we use occasionally to create grids can be difficult for respondents to complete on mobile. The platform itself is intuitive and offers lots of ways to encourage participation in discussions and activities. What I like most about the platform, is it allows participants to comment on the comments of other in the community and create their own separate and organic discussions. We gain a lot of insight from these interactions, especially insight we didn't know we needed to gain. On the community participant side, it seems to be easy to use and to contribute to the conversation. **What do you dislike about Recollective?** We have to use a different platform to survey out target audience to make sure we can construct the online community with the different voices we hope to capture and that will likely be engaged the the activities and discussions. Our online community is made up of our current members. It would be nice if we could use the same platform for that initial recruitment survey. That said, this does not pose a significant stumbling block and we use that other survey platform for other initiatives anyway. **Recommendations to others considering Recollective:** Great product and a great price for better understanding that voice of your customer.
