The invoicing process can be a bit cumbersome. Currently they invoice licenses and support separately, in addition to any added costs accrued. It would be nice to hold until the end of the project and invoice at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm really a fan of the AI conversations and the AI analysis tool in Recollective. I think they're very effective tools, allowing me to work with much larger samples, which is great. The AI conversations let me do interviews with a much larger sample. Before, it was just me doing them, and now with the AI support, I can reach 100 people rather than just 20. I think the only thing that doesn't work for me is the fact that I cannot at the moment, upload data from other platforms. So for example, I do a lot of interviews on Teams, and it will be super helpful if I could upload that data into Recollective and use the AI analysis tool to help me analyze data from other places. I appreciate Recollective's opportunity for a hybrid approach to market research! For us, Recollective offers our clients an asynchronous approach to qualitative research. It is often used when a hybrid option is needed, a methodology in between a full quantitative or full qualitative study. Overall, the platform is great. My feedback is mostly programming-specific. I wish there were an option to rearrange the answer types in the multimedia task when multiple are toggled and an option for participants to select their own markers in the review tasks within parameters I set. From an analysis standpoint, I do wish there were a few more quant-like analysis features, but I'm unsure what this would look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Recollective for online qualitative research studies, and what I really like is the versatility in the tasks it offers. This feature makes the survey experience more enjoyable for respondents and allows me to be creative in gaining insights from them. The platform also lets us validate respondents, save time and money, which is incredibly helpful. For shopping mission exercises, the versatility allows respondents to shop in person or online via screen recording. I also find it easy to use for image and video reviews, which is great for concept testing. I wish the formatting flow of the Fill the Blank was a bit better - inserting pictures within that area sometimes gets wonky, and the tables we use occasionally to create grids can be difficult for respondents to complete on mobile. I love the ability to essentially design the perfect hoepage for each study, client, etc. in order to really immerse everyone in the experience! Whether it's for a longterm community, live research, or even just weekly forum activities Recollective always rises to the top for me!

Sometimes the reminder system does not properly and I have to manually send reminders/emails out to our participants. I get a lot of complaints saying that people have never received my email or reminder from recollective that their activity is coming up since it goes to the spam folder.
