I tried Wellybox and it took days to get a reply to a simple query. Receiptor ai responded within the chat and arranged a video all to resolve things with a real person within 2 hours! Outstanding service. **What do you dislike about Receiptor AI?** It has occasionally become disconnecred from my google account which required fixing and then a request to backdate a trawl for the missi g data but Receiptor.ai have always fixed this at no additional cost and it normally happens because I have changed the google password so not exactly their fault.Other than that It just seems to get better every time I use it. **What problems is Receiptor AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the drudgery of trawling through emails looking for receipts and invoices and inevitably missing some of them. ### 2.
