For a monthly run across a global freelancer network, the thing that makes or breaks your month isn&#39;t the payment itself, it&#39;s the FX and the fees, both yours and the ones your freelancers silently eat on their end. A tool that pays 40 people in 15 currencies but shaves an ugly conversion margin makes you the bad guy without you knowing. Do your freelancers invoice in their currency or yours? That choice moves who absorbs the FX cost, and it&#39;s worth deciding on purpose.
