**What do you like best about RealTime-CTMS?**

I loved the realtime access to my site's regulatory documents and the ability to reconcile the Site Study File and TMF remotely.

**What do you dislike about RealTime-CTMS?**

The organizing categories, but this is something that may be customized by specific sites.

**What problems is RealTime-CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for better time management and the ability to resolve issues even before getting to the site.

**What do you like best about RealTime-CTMS?**

I love the iframe integration with our website for the currently enrolling clinical research studies and having that patient information populating directly into the RealTime is great!

**What do you dislike about RealTime-CTMS?**

There is a lot of "clicking" to get things done on my marketing/advertising side. Nothing it is up front and center.

**What problems is RealTime-CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was the solution from getting away from Microsoft Access as our previous database to a much more user friendly data base that everyone can use.
