It's easy to capture all kind of invoices, user friendly interface to help all AP deparment to enter every invoince onn time to grow the business. We use this on a daily basis to create invoicing. it also integrates great with our accounts receivable software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is kind of high, capture fields are limited and it's hard to set up a new one. Sometime support is hard to reach, or ticket takes too long to be solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great being able to send a timesheet or expense report to my supervisor for approval without needing to print and sign it. I like that we use a general template for all payments that is uploaded in Readsoft. The payment then automatically goes through approval levels in Readsoft and once approved is uploaded to SAP. This is great because it is automatically processed into our ERP system while the check or wire is being processed, after approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like, however, the fact that if you get one small thing wrong on the template the system with reject it because this will create a problem with the upload into SAP. It takes about 4 to 5 uploads to finally get used to all of the little tricks so Readsoft will not reject payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
