We use this on a daily basis to create invoicing. it also integrates great with our accounts receivable software **What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?** Pricing is kind of high, capture fields are limited and it's hard to set up a new one. Sometime support is hard to reach, or ticket takes too long to be solved. **What problems is Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** excessive use of paper, approval/rejection process has become faster and easier. ### 3. It worked much better for invoices than for order entry ### 4. It is also very helpful in moving documents between employees located in different physical locations (no more invoices lost in transit). **What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?** Some of the features are not as intuitive as one would expect with modern software. There is sometimes a delay between the entering of information and the ability to submit it. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices:** I like this service, but I wish that it was just a little more intuitive to use. If you simply want to add another piece of metadata to capture, it is a very tedious process to make this happen. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices:** Make sure you select a knowledgeable consultant when implementing this product. **What problems is Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gathering metadata off of invoices for invoice process for a COOP. They would received hundred of invoices a day and we were able to process those rather quickly by using the OOTB application template. ### 6. The payment then automatically goes through approval levels in Readsoft and once approved is uploaded to SAP. This is great because it is automatically processed into our ERP system while the check or wire is being processed, after approvals. **What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?** I do not like, however, the fact that if you get one small thing wrong on the template the system with reject it because this will create a problem with the upload into SAP. These usually have no PO. Also, you do not immediately get a remittance. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices:** Have a physical person train you on this product. It seems simple, and looks simple, but it is very easy to miss information. Also, these are several small windows which you need small toolbars to slide around to view. This invoice portion could have been formatted much much better.
