What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field management ensures that all the details for the job, the types of equipment needed as well as personnel allocated are all added but can easily be changed rapidly if necessary. The processes we have implemented since we have had Re-Flow have allowed a much smoother operation, more jobs are completed satisfactorily as the teams have so mcuh information avaialble. The use of QR codes has helped to keep a tab on machinery and plant, and when scheduling maintenance, a full history of the item can easily be seen.
With the scheduling tab, the director can see at a glance who is allocated to which job during the week, so with a full overview, he can make decisions about whether to move jobs, personnel or equipment which can be actioned by the admin team in a very short time.
We cut the amount of paper we used by 80% in the first few months after taking on Re-Flow - and of course the ink too as we no longer used printed copies that were put in a file. It also freed up time for the admin staff, who no longer needed to pull information from various sources to make up a work folder, and at the end of a job, all the information was safely stored, none lost on site, all the necessary details recorded and no longterm storage of bulky files - so a win-win situation.
