What do you like best about Rave Build?

As a long time user of Rave, across CRM, Site build and recently taking on the Financial features too. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Having a Kiwi made, Highly responsive to feedback, feature focussed and supportive company like Rave on our team is a key part of how we do business.

We implemented the Financial Management part of Rave earlier this year - a massive operational shift for us - and while we knew there was always be a learning curve, we felt fully supported throughout the transitional stages and beyond.

On an ongoing basis, The Rave team have been ultra supportive across training, Support tickets, and future development to enhance how we can get value out of Rave!

What do you dislike about Rave Build?

With any system there are going to be opportunities to improve and enhance especially in this fastpaced world we live in. However my experience is that the Rave tem are highly receptive to suggestions to enhance the software. having listened to our feedback in all recent development. "Streamlines Sales from Start to Finish with Ease"

What do you like best about Rave Build?

This product is easy to use. After setting up your templates, you can work efficiently no matter which stage you are in. Rave guides you through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, then on to operations and maintenance. It brings everything you need together in a single product. Rave Build support team are quick to get back with any questions and you can tell they are committed to listening to their customers to make Rave better. That it doesn't yet have Health & Safety built in, but we already know the team are working on this to become the one-stop-shop all construction company's needs with integrating Health & Safety components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rave Build solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rave solved issues we didn’t even realise we had until we moved all our manual processes over. It’s freed up time for the boss, improved communication and expectations across the team, and created better transparency with clients. On top of that, Rave has centralised all our information, so no more chasing spreadsheets or emails. Automated workflows have reduced errors and missed steps, and real-time updates keep everyone aligned and projects on track. Scheduling is clearer, which means fewer delays and confusion. Clients love the visibility and updates, which builds trust and reduces stress. It’s also scalable, making it easier to manage more projects without adding admin overhead. Plus, the reporting and insights give us quick access to data for smarter decision-making. Integration with our other systems was seamless, saving time and headaches. "Intuitive, Easy Transition, and Outstanding Support with Rave"

What do you like best about Rave Build?

It is very intuitive to the way we do business, all steps are logical and easy to follow. We moved to Rave about 18 months ago and everyone in the team has found it easy to transition from our existing system. The support we get is great from the training team to the CEO!
