"Fast Batch Uploads and Quick Turnaround for Business Translations"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

I’m very pleased with the batch upload feature and the quick turnaround. Translating our business report and memo used to be a manual copy-paste process. But this has made that process faster now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

The main limitation is lack of a custom terminology glossary. Although it is not a showstopper, the ability to save any industry-specific terms we require would help us use it easier on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More Predictable Projects with Fewer Internal Revisions"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

We usually hit our turnaround time. Most of my marketing and product-related documents that are shared across geographies are done on Rapidtranslate. What stands out for me is the consistency. Once we started using it on a regular basis we were very quickly in touchless mode, very quickly we no longer had to call individual translators. The returned documents are in an easy-to-work format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Submissions for small files, single at a time, can feel expensive. Right now, we usually batch documents. It would assist in adding notes in a more flexible tone or terminology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An ideal partner for translation that helps the business cross borders."
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

For my conversations with partners and clients, where documents need to be understood quickly, I’m the Business Development Manager at Tekgem UK Limited. We use Rapid Translate for a lot of business communications and due-diligence kind of documents where the language has to be clear and time delays can cause delays in crucial decisions.

Noticeably, how simple the process really is. Uploading is quick, instructions are clear, and delivers final item in a professional, consistent manner. As a result, our team can prevent internal back-and-forth over not getting to stuff. We can submit and proceed with the next steps without someone getting to it. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Two things could be better. Initially, the prices can be a bit on the high side if you have short documents, especially with small individual items rather than one large piece. To start, the turnaround is generally good but there is potential for confusion depending on when a request is placed later in the day; a clearer same-day cut-off would help. "Easy to edit and can add new language translations quickly. ."
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

At a utility company’s public relations and marketing, the biggest pressure point is not creativity but clarity and timing. More often than not, we require a translation because we need to get a message through to a real person quickly and responsibly, not just check a box.

What I like about Rapid Translate is that it makes using translation services a lot less stressful. I’m able to log in and upload the material we require translated and the workflow is simple enough that it doesn’t become back-and-forth. When you share customer-facing information or anything that needs to look good, it’s important that the finished translations come back clean and professional.

We’ve put it to practical use over and over again, from communications to customers and public notices to supporting documentation where accuracy matters and delays create issues. To sum it up, because it is reliable, I will continue to use this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

So far, the only downside I’ve come across has been the pricing. Since many times you’re not paying for one document but rather a couple of smaller items, it can feel a little pricey. Additionally, when a request is submitted later on in the day, the turnaround may differ – making same day cutoffs more prominent during checkout or before submitting would help.

None of this would be a dealbreaker by any means, but it would make it easier to plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified translation support helps our bank’s clients keep work flowing."
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

In my current role as VP, Relationship Manager at Austin Bank, I assist the branch and client servicing team in their processing of customer requests especially in cases where the customer has submitted documents in German, Portuguese, French etc.

I submit certified translation requests to Rapid Translate to onboard clients, process loans, and comply with documentation requirements. In the last one year, I have completed at least five certified translation orders through my account, as you will see in the attached screenshot of the dashboard.

The Rapid Translate platform is straightforward enough that I can upload documents directly without relying on another team.

Quick service - Usually, we deliver translation content within hours.

All translations we have completed so far are certified and accepted without issue.

With this system, we do not need internal escalation queues anymore and we can serve clients faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

There are two little areas of improvement I would like.

Sometimes we translate 1-page things for example ID’s or a declaration etc. The cost pricing is a bit high.

Data Transparency: On one occasion, a doc submitted later in the afternoon was not delivered until the following morning. It will be helpful to show cut-off times for same-day delivery clearly on the order page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for certified legal docs; saves us admin time"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

The consistency and the One of the best features has to be the “status tracking”. If I upload a document on Tuesday morning, I know exactly where it will be in the pipeline (Review -> In Progress -> Complete). The interface is ugly but functional. I never need to speak to a human to get a quote, which is a huge time saver. We also get the certified translations with the proper affidavits that we need for legal, so I never need to double-check for compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Normal translator does a better job than a notarizer as well as the exhortation. On occasion, the digital notarization takes a little longer to arrive in the portal or ends up being sent in a different email, thus making me nervous when I have a deadline. In addition, their pricing model does not work well for small 100-word edits. You pay a minimum amount and it feels expensive just for one paragraph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable translations for regulated medical content without a lot of friction"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

Precision and reliability. Clean Professional Translations Impress the Client. The client’s clean and professional translation matters when the end content comes in for review by medical, legal, and regulatory teams. Once you’ve used them a few times, the ordering process is simple, and there’s less explaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Expenses multiply when making smaller or repeated updates to the same document. Additionally, while the turnaround estimates are usually correct, one project arrived later than expected because of weekend timing and time zone. It’s not all that bad; it’s just worth pointing out. "Reliable option for certified financial document translations"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

Dependability. Certified documents have been accepted every time and all translations are accurate and consistent. The process of requesting is straightforward, and after working with them a couple of times, there is little to no back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

The pricing for very short documents may seem somewhat excessive. One delivery also came late as the request was made late on a Friday and we had to update our internal deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional High-Speed Translations That Preserve Report Formatting"
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

The high-speed turnaround for large batches of documents is exceptional. Being a specialist insurer, the platform allows us to retain the report formatting and delivers the translations almost instantly. It’s much safer and stable than the manual ad-hoc ways used previously by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

The primary limitation is that a glossary of insurance terminology does not exist to ensure perfect consistency in technical jargon. Being able to lock industry-specific legal terms in would definitely enhance its utility for our compliance needs, even though it generally serves us well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solution for certified translations in retail banking practice."
What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

The clear and professional translations were accepted without issues for the certified documents. It’s simple enough for managers to make requests without instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Pricing seems a bit on the higher side for short forms or one-page documents. The package was delivered late in the day one time, and we ended up rescheduling a customer for the next morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
