What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

The consistency and the One of the best features has to be the “status tracking”. If I upload a document on Tuesday morning, I know exactly where it will be in the pipeline (Review -> In Progress -> Complete). The interface is ugly but functional. I never need to speak to a human to get a quote, which is a huge time saver. We also get the certified translations with the proper affidavits that we need for legal, so I never need to double-check for compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Normal translator does a better job than a notarizer as well as the exhortation. On occasion, the digital notarization takes a little longer to arrive in the portal or ends up being sent in a different email, thus making me nervous when I have a deadline. In addition, their pricing model does not work well for small 100-word edits. You pay a minimum amount and it feels expensive just for one paragraph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Precision and reliability. Clean Professional Translations Impress the Client. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Expenses multiply when making smaller or repeated updates to the same document. Additionally, while the turnaround estimates are usually correct, one project arrived later than expected because of weekend timing and time zone. It’s not all that bad; it’s just worth pointing out. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

Getting our latest flavor line quickly to market in Japan and South Korea, speed, and regulatory precision was everything. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

The certainty it provides me in dealing with foreign partners. In wholesale fashion, a poorly translated clause in a distribution agreement or a compliance document can hold up the launch of an entire season. I was primarily using Rapid Translate for formal contract translations with boutique distributors in Europe and Asia, and product compliance certificates into new markets. The certified translations are impeccable and expertly laid out, so we could circulate to our legal team immediately with no back-and-forth. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

On large, continued projects like translating all of our e-commerce site content, the process would be better with a different flavor of localization platform. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

I primarily use Rapid translate to oversee the translation of marketing collateral and campaign emails across regions. Prior to this, our team was manually copying content into spreadsheets and handing off to outside translators which was slow and error-ridden.

I can now add contents, choose target languages and get a quick read on machine translations all from the dashboard! I love the batch translation feature as I’m often updating multiple documents at once and don’t want the copy-pasting tedium that goes with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

Some of the formatting gets a bit wacky after you translate, especially tables and strange characters. If the document are pure text, it works just fine. However, sometimes we need to go through it manually and fix the layout. Additionally, the interface of the app on your phone is not as intuitive as, say, Hootsuite’s dashboard. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

We use it because of the speed, certified accuracy and simplicity. At NUDE PROJECT we run full integrated campaigns for lifestyle and fashion brands new to Europe and Latam. One typical project might have you translating a press kit for Milan Fashion Week, a catalog for launching e-commerce in Mexico and the corresponding compliance disclaimers. With the portal from Rapid Translate, my team is able to upload all kinds of files (PDFs, Word documents, InDesign snippets) and get certified translations in return within our tight production deadlines. The fact that we receive a legally certified PDF for legal document such as terms of sale or influencer contracts, means that we can provide the client with a professional-ready package without any fuss. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

For high-capacity, dynamic website content translation (such as product descriptions for a 500-item SKU launch), we employ a separate platform that’s plugged directly into our clients’ Shopify or WordPress sites. Rapid Translate is our go-to for finished creation & legal content. Also the per-project pricing is clear, though I do wish there was also an agency-friendly retainer or bulk-discount model for clients where we know we’ll have ongoing monthly translation needs across multiple campaigns. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

I work as a compliance manager (focusing on BSA/AML), and the biggest problem my group has in our current workflow is getting foreign language-documents verified when a customer signs up or at DD. Rapid Translate solves this efficiently. When we bring on a new client that has international assets, the foreign bank statements, or company registries or identity docs are regularly what we are getting from them in compliance with our KYC and customer due diligence (CDD) process. With Rapid Translate’s secure portal, we can receive a certified word-for-word of these documents in as little as 24 hours. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

It is specifically designed for one document translation. For large ongoing projects such as translating full websites or prioritizing compliance training initiatives at scale across multiple languages - you should look into an alternative platform with more robust project management capabilities though. What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

I’m a junior person in Finance/Account, and I’ve been doing so much paperwork from our wine suppliers overseas. Receiving invoices, certificates of origin or shipping paperwork in Italian, Spanish or French was once a barrier to my workflow. Now I just deliver them to Rapid Translate. Ease of use is amazing, it takes me two minutes and I get a clear, certified translation fast. This allows me to process payments faster, and close the books a lot faster. What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?
