I believe they have the best technology out there for events and they are always improving. Their support staff are really knowledgeable and they are true partners. **What do you dislike about RainFocus?** I have nothing I dislike. I have wish-list items, but RainFocus takes our input on future enhancements. **What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve for registration, content management, and exhibitor/sponsorship management. Part of that is just the "execution" data itself, but in addition it's the reporting and insight data. We are always striving to provide a better experience for our attendees, and RainFocus is continually innovating so that we have top of the line offerings for our customers. We also want efficient rollout of our tools and using RainFocus for as many events as possible gives us that. ### 2. We have a better ability to build and create our own solutions without always needing the Rainfocus team to help us execute. This makes meeting deadlines and the ability to get more done a lot quickly a lot easier. We are also able to easily train our extended teams on the platform's use and allow them to manage tasks that would have been a part of our workload. This frees us up to expand on our next technological implementations without delay. **What do you dislike about RainFocus?** Some nuanced asks are harder to implement head on. At times, we have to use workarounds for some basic specialty requests. There are also times where finding the best way to communicate escalations to the team isn't clear which leads to a delay in timely feedback. **What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Event registration, call for presentations, exhibitor resource center, live event platform, session and speaker management. Overall, the system has made it easier for us to become more robust in our execution on each front. We've also been able to implement a team of teams approach that allows other stakeholders access to managing their areas without affecting the reliability of the system. ### 3. I have recommmended they strongly consider the amount of customer support they will receive, it has been such a positive experience for me. Also the reporting capabilities and UI customization abilities. **What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better reporting, easier visual statistics, much more customization options, and overall a more intuitive user experience. ### 4. The tool is flexible allowing you to easily customize your event from offering various registration paths, exhibitors management, session management (Call for Papers > Approvals > Speaker Management). I also appreciate the fact that you can easily copy forms from previous events and make modifications to the current year. This saves tons of time and helps with consistency from year to year and from regional event to regional event. **What do you dislike about RainFocus?** Its not like the 'old days' where any dev request is acted on immediately just for you as a customer. As expected, bigger development items needs to be thoroughly evaluated to understand the impact to other current features and ensure it is a benefit to the product as a whole (considering all customers). **What problems is RainFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reporting has really helped us see YoY trends in our session attendance and helps us target both the existing audience as well as new audiences. ### 6.
