What do you like best about Rainex?

I am delighted with their reminder system. It's a godsend. When you have a large number of customers, it's really hard to keep track of all of them paying their invoices on time.

Rainex's reminder system not only sends reminders, but also allowed us to customize the number and frequency of those reminders.

What do you like best about Rainex?

What I like most about Rainex is that I have all my invoices automatically. I use the platform to manage both my subscriptions and one-time invoicing. The platform also offers a user-friendly Customer Portal for my clients where they can manage their subscriptions and invoices themselves. A great solution to take the load off our tech support. What do you dislike about Rainex?

I did not find any major drawbacks in the system. It is an excellent solution, the price of which corresponds to its quality. The only thing I missed was to extend the branding of invoices. But they promised to add this in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainex?

After an extensive search for a billing solution, we came to realize that there isn't a straightforward fix for all our issues. It's a process of trial and error, employing a competent approach at each stage, and always keeping the long term in mind. We had to delve deeper into customer journey scenarios for our product and refine our customer correspondence. Because Rainex is still a work in progress, merely the minimum viable product (MVP), and we acknowledge that. Interestingly enough, integrating with them turned out to be much simpler than we initially anticipated. Nevertheless, we remain hopeful that they will fulfill all the plans outlined in the Roadmap in the near future. This achievement will undoubtedly bolster our sales and enhance customer retention.
