**What do you like best about Rainex?**

I am delighted with their reminder system. It's a godsend. When you have a large number of customers, it's really hard to keep track of all of them paying their invoices on time. 
Rainex's reminder system not only sends reminders, but also allowed us to customize the number and frequency of those reminders. 
As a result, we have reduced the number of overdue invoices and freed up sales managers' time

**What do you dislike about Rainex?**

Very simple and clear solution. Thank you very much to Artem from technical support, who helped me to understand how to set up the customer portal.

**What problems is Rainex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we realized that we were starting to lose money due to invoices not being paid on time, we started looking for a solution that would allow us to automatically collect money from clients or remind them in advance to make payment. Very often it happens that a client can pay an invoice a week late and not pay during these 7 days. And if there are a lot of such customers, the amount of lost profit becomes very significant. 
Rainex helped to switch some customers to auto-payment, which reduced the number of unpaid invoices by almost 97%. Those customers who did not link a payment card and paid by invoices sent to them receive several reminders about the need to pay.

**What do you like best about Rainex?**

What I like most about Rainex is that I have all my invoices automatically. I use the platform to manage both my subscriptions and one-time invoicing. The platform also offers a user-friendly Customer Portal for my clients where they can manage their subscriptions and invoices themselves. A great solution to take the load off our tech support. A handy everyday assistant that collects payments from my customers on time and reminds them to pay.

**What do you dislike about Rainex?**

I did not find any major drawbacks in the system. It is an excellent solution, the price of which corresponds to its quality.  The only thing I missed was to extend the branding of invoices. But they promised to add this in the near future.

**What problems is Rainex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we got a lot of clients, it became impossible to manage and track payments. The support team was unable to send invoices and handle customer requests in a timely manner.
Rainex solved this problem, now all invoices are automatically sent to our customers, and auto-collection of payments helped to reduce customer churn. With a personal account, customers can edit, pay, and activate subscriptions or one-time invoices on their own. With this platform, we can grow faster and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Rainex?**

I recently started using Rainex for my subscription-based business, and it's been a game-changer! This platform makes creating and managing subscriptions a breeze.

After an extensive search for a billing solution, we came to realize that there isn't a straightforward fix for all our issues. It's a process of trial and error, employing a competent approach at each stage, and always keeping the long term in mind. We had to delve deeper into customer journey scenarios for our product and refine our customer correspondence. Because Rainex is still a work in progress, merely the minimum viable product (MVP), and we acknowledge that. Interestingly enough, integrating with them turned out to be much simpler than we initially anticipated. Nevertheless, we remain hopeful that they will fulfill all the plans outlined in the Roadmap in the near future. This achievement will undoubtedly bolster our sales and enhance customer retention.

Overall, Rainex solves the challenges of subscription and payment management, resulting in streamlined workflows, increased revenue, improved customer satisfaction, and simplified business scaling. It's a valuable tool that benefits my business in multiple ways.
