I think QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is pretty easy to use, which is very helpful for my company, especially since we have several junior accountants. It's nice knowing that we can usually figure out a fix on our own because there's the largest knowledge base out there, filled with solutions from many users. We don't have to call our CPA for advice every time we get stuck. I mean, there's definitely advantages to having a cloud based offering. I think for us right now, the desktop experience outweighs the cost of having the full cloud offering. But you do have to do some more manual work in terms of backing up your data. We use the inventory management system mainly for serialized items, and one ongoing issue for us is the maximum character limit on serial numbers.
