The only real dislike I have is that after the latest update there are many things that lag. Changing the mark ups after all conditions are priced lags every time. Quickbid takes all the thinking out of bidding. Developing conditions to meet the needs of the project is a huge time saver which allows estimators to accurately give pricing to customers in a timely manner. Simple adjustments on the productions makes it easy for the user to understand the the time it takes for a Job to be completed. Having quick reports for stocking materials, getting vendor quotes with the eQuotes feature shaves time on ordering and able to get up to date pricing quickly. The only complaint that I could have with the software would be not being able to have additional template features for the proposals.. Adding code to the template that could call out specific conditions could help save some time on giving breakouts of certain conditions/alternates. I have not found a way to add in code to give the description of the Alternates in the proposal. Bouncing back and forth between the notes and the conditions cost time to go in and out of the windows to fully give the scope of work needed for the project.
