ALLOW ME TO HAVE FEEDBACK HIGHLY CLOSE TO REALITY WITH MEASURABLE INDICATORS OR KPIs THAT ENABLE ME TO MAKE A REAL AND TIMELY DIAGNOSIS OF WHAT I WANT TO KNOW

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro Workforce?**

Sometimes the application is slow, I am in Colombia and as a developing country we have limitations, meaning that some basic minimum hardware characteristics are required.

**What problems is QuestionPro Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ALLOW IDENTIFYING THE AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH EMPLOYEES, CUTTING SOME DISSATISFACTIONS AT THE ROOT AND CREATING SPACES FOR THE SOLUTION OF OTHERS THAT MAY ARISE

**What do you like best about QuestionPro Workforce?**

Question Pro has a good survey generator, very versatile, which allows me to create all kinds of surveys for both employees and applicants.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro Workforce?**

I have not noticed or suffered any inconvenience with this software.

**What problems is QuestionPro Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Question Pro, our staff has the opportunity to respond anonymously and from anywhere, which releases them from some pressure or from any barrier that may exist when responding directly to a superior, being anonymous and being able to do the survey outside the office, we get the feedback we need to improve as a workplace.
