they've done a good job of managing our hardware in the past. the have a good support team. they are also reasonably priced and offer a lot of option in terms of hardware and management.
What do you dislike?
recently the management has changed and we've had a lot of issues with the firewall. there has also been outages in the past year that are attributed to carpathia.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
there are a lot of large tech companies (github for example) using carpathia which makes it a good industry standard. the people there are seasonable but the quality of support and technical help carpathia has provided has been on the decline. This is a company that would be solid if they got better, but they are not going in that direction.
