What do you dislike about QTS Data Centers?

recently the management has changed and we've had a lot of issues with the firewall. there has also been outages in the past year that are attributed to carpathia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering QTS Data Centers:

there are a lot of large tech companies (github for example) using carpathia which makes it a good industry standard. the people there are seasonable but the quality of support and technical help carpathia has provided has been on the decline. This is a company that would be solid if they got better, but they are not going in that direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
