The staff genuinely seemed to be interested in helping us get the most out of the product. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** We primarily purchased the platform for vacation time tracking, intending to grow into the rest of the platform over time. We struggled with the vacation tracker regularly. It always seemed to have issues with the daily accrual and other minor problems needing lots of support. The staff was really great about helping out when that happened, but eventually, it got to the point where we just started ignoring the problems and eventually stopped using the system because we couldn't rely on it to work for us. This may have been an issue of not using the platform correctly, but it wasn't a good fit for our organization. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vacation time tracking, and ultimately it ended up making the vacation time tracking more difficult. Their calendar view is also helpful with showing breakouts of days off. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** I don't dislike anything about the PurelyHR system, but I do wish it could more easily integrate with other systems our company uses, such as Microsoft Outlook. I'm not sure if this is something that PurelyHR doesn't offer, or if it is just that my company doesn't utilize the feature. **Recommendations to others considering PurelyHR:** PurelyHR is a useful tool for time off submissions and approvals, and for tracking vacation accruals. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system helps solve for sending approvals to managers for time off and tracking PTO usage. Would like to be able to have vacation accrue more efficiently and the rollovers are not always accurate. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** takes the stress of having to manually track the vacation but not so user friendly for the faculty to do it themselves. There are certain features we never thought of using was also included, and is able to reduce the large amount of paper document we use. One of our favourite feature is "automation in approving time off", very handy and less work for us not needing to send an additional email to follow up with it. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** The beginning set up is extremely intimidating as it takes a long time to input all information. There doesn't seem to be a way to import all data through an excel sheet, so it took nearly a week for our HR Coordinator to input all staff information in. As this is a huge time investment, we would not be wanting to switch to a different program easily as we would not like to go through that all over again. **Recommendations to others considering PurelyHR:** I suggest everyone to set up a call chat appointment with PurelyHR before starting the progress to integrating all information over. We were able to have a "demo" system to use for a week before deciding to purchase this software. PurelyHR kindly set up quite a few calls to ensure all our questions are answered. Also, ensure you have all questions answered before deciding to purchase so there will be no surprises. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unable to edit after someone put in a timeoff request, especially when they submit more than one day. Other than this, I don't see much problem with PurelyHR, I'd suggest them to create an Import and Export option for easier data-transfer. ### 22. This has helped with employees that only receive sick time hours which is a new law in our state. They can see what they have used and have remaining for each category. They can see a calendar of when other employees are off (those we allow them to see). **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** The initial setup can be cumbersome and confusing, but Purely HR customer support was always available and patient to review the data I had input and walk me through needed changes over a couple of longer scheduled calls and a few more short on-the-spot calls. **Recommendations to others considering PurelyHR:** Great features. They have been doing time off management long enough to have lots of options that their competitors do not have. (i.e. very few others allow time off reporting down to the minute) They also have an extensive array of reporting. This was superior to the many other solutions we reviewed and demo-ed. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Purely HR has made keeping up with our time off much simpler. We were not doing a good job keeping up using paper forms and employees never knew how much time off they had used or had remaining. Now they can log on themselves and see their time off, what is remaining for each category, and even see a calendar of when other employees are off (those we allow them to see). I've had minimal questions or concerns from the employees. There is quite a bit of "customizing" as far as the set up which helps with the flow between the manager and employee. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** I think the monthly calendar needs to be bigger so the whole month shows on the screen. Some of the reporting is hard to figure out for instance, the carryforward amounts as shown in the balance's for the current year.
