&lt;p&gt;I’d probably separate “video strategy” from “Vidyard strategy” before choosing a partner. Penguin Strategies sounds more useful if the team is still deciding where video belongs across campaigns, while Instrumental Group makes more sense once the use case is clear and the hard part is getting Vidyard connected to the rest of the marketing stack.&lt;/p&gt;
