Best of all, the system requires almost no technical maintenance. It runs steadily, updates automatically, and needs zero IT oversight, which is perfect for our small library team. Overall, PurelyHR eliminates messy manual HR work and lets me focus more on creating quality community programs.

It's simple to request time off from HR or your manager. I don't have to email anyone or call anyone or have to explain it in a meeting. I can just put in the request, the reason for the request and the length of the request and await approval or rejection. Also it's cool to be able to include documents that are relevant to requests to cut down on back and forth.
