As I used the software I did not find any areas lacking. It is a life saver as before we used to use elaborate spreadsheets that had to be updated monthly. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** Learning some of the navigation through the various modules can be time consuming if you aren't accessing the modules frequently. The help documentation can be relatively minimal, but the support is excellent. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking time offs and sick leave for employees and providing timesheets for part-time workers that are easy to use.
