
Punchpass has been a pretty comprehensive way for our gym to handle our classes and memberships. There are a lot of features that we are very grateful to have, like class scheduling and database management. I also have found the customer service reps to be very responsive and helpful when I get stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are really only two areas I'd like to see improved...Email segmentation options and email design capabilities. I'd like to be able to "tag" customers with certain in-house terms, then email just those customers. And I often struggle to compose longer emails using punchpass, especially on a mobile device. The formatting is pretty limited and it's often difficult to hyperlink images, which I have to do because you can't embed videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
