Brilliant support, in your own language. **What do you dislike about Provet?** It wasn’t Provet’s fault, but that of our old software; the transition did take far too long, but apart from that, I’ve got no complaints. **What problems is Provet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compared to the old programme, I get far more features for much less money, plus cloud-based functionality, the ability to access it from anywhere via any device, communication with clients, a booking system, automation… Brilliant and easy. ### 2. Scheduling a patient last minute into the schedule was always somehow simple to do! **What do you dislike about Provet?** We had some issues with the program stalling. It would freeze at random times if we have too many patient files open. **What problems is Provet solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was less confusion with scheduling patients and patient reminder items.
