Some staff members—especially those used to legacy systems—may find the transition challenging at first. Customizing templates and workflows can take setup time.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

As it is cloud based software application which is helpful and very easy to use and very user friendly to handle. Also it is affordable to common man.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

It does not provide the single way of printing the bills as sometimes it is very hard to understand the printed bill will different format.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After giving the the proper amount of information we get the exact solution for that in the app. 
Also with the affordable price it is the best in the market currently.

Ease of use, intuitive to use for hospital flow.
Affordability.
Easy integration with IDEXX, Antech, and Global Payments.
SOAP notes format.
Automatic population of invoice items into the "P" of SOAP notes with ability to free write notes next to them.
Tech support.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

Set up of templates.
The way it prints out medical records- different ways to do it produce different formats and different/incomplete information.
Different pathways in the software produce different results.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow, medical records, invoicing, practice reports.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

The best part of Navetor is the integrations that are built into the software. You can connect your lab accounts, microchipping, run a telemedicine appt right in the software, and process payments all inside of the same practice management software.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

When setting up Navetor I found that some things, like rabies certificates, were not as easy to figure out as others. It seems almost as if a different software designer made some aspects of the program based on how not-straight forward they are.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reminders system is excellent and is super helpful in making sure that owners do not forget their appointments! I also love the ability to email within the program-- it saves from having to copy and paste from our email program into the software for medical record keeping.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

Navetor is cloudbased which makes it so easy to access anywhere. My veterinarian is only at the wellness clinic every 3 weeks so having the ability to access her charts and appointments from her home is very important. I also love the support system it is truly the best and they helped make sure I had everything set up and ready for our opening day.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

Nothing, I am beyond pleased with this program and I have only every had 1 suggestion for an upgrade that was required by our state vet board. I let my support rep know and she fast tracked the upgrade request and it is now a part of the program which is awesome. They are amazing.

**Recommendations to others considering NaVetor:**

Use the support team because they are instrumental in your success with this program. Their onboarding support is phenomenal and they walked me through every little bit of the program and made it so easy to get everything set up for our opening day.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It took me a little bit to figure everything out and get into a routine with the system once we opened but most of my issues were user error. I love that the support team is always available and that is a major benefit I have realized that I use a lot. Anytime I am stuck I know I can reach out to them and get help. This is a very user friendly system and even if I make mistakes they are very easy to correct.

It is cloud based so that you can access from anywhere.

Software can get slow in the afternoon but they are working to solve the problem.

Slowness of software especially in the afternoon and requiring fewer steps at checkout.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

So well integrated and so mobile. You can get things done in several different ways.  The company is so interested in getting feedback and making the product better. Well priced too.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

If I have to say I dislike something, I would say that like any new software, it takes a little getting used to (especially if you are used to something else) but I have found it so worth the effort. The support team/online resources are so helpful and make it easy to learn.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software makes it so easy to be mobile and get things done. It is also nice to have an easy way to work on notes/etc, at home when I need to. So well integrated and getting better everyday.

I love that it is cloud based and pretty easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

It can seem very sluggish, there's lots of clicking involved to see some basic information. The time clock needs improving, and when making appointments from the patient dashboard the schedule should be visible.

**Recommendations to others considering NaVetor:**

I think NaVetor is very good, and only in it's early stages. I'm confident it will just get better in the future with better ease of use, even more functionality and be a real asset to any clinic.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think Navetor is helping me solve any problems. The benefit of navetor is that I can use it absolutely anywhere, since it's cloud based.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

Easy to use.  Great Record Keeping tool.  Their Customer Service is Outstanding bar none.  If you have a suggestion they will implement it if they can and it makes sense.  They have updates almost every month and they are usually very useful to the product.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

Harder for Mobile Equine Practice but getting better.

**Recommendations to others considering NaVetor:**

Switch over today, Buy it.  Worth the money.  Very best investment.  Can not believe how little this cost for what you get.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navetor software system is set up great for small animals and large animal hospitals where the animal comes to the practice.  We are working on solving the Mobile Equine Vet who goes to the animal and doesn't "Check in and out".  We went from having everything on Excel Spreadsheets to this awesome system so this is a minor issue that NaVetor worked around and made their system work for us.

**What do you like best about NaVetor?**

Development team works around the clock to constantly improve their software - and takes concerns and critiques from veterinary hospitals like us seriously.

**What do you dislike about NaVetor?**

Treatment sheet and in-hospital patient tracking needs to be built a bit more, but the end goal and direction are clear and exciting.
Only other big dislike is the integration with OpenEdge as their sole merchant services option. Would definitely like to see more support for a larger variety of options.

**Recommendations to others considering NaVetor:**

When changing to NaVetor, or any new practice management software, make sure you schedule the transition with enough time to troubleshoot errors/discrepancies. The NaVetor team is great every step of the way, but with conversions, there will be data that doesn't move properly.

**What problems is NaVetor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NaVetor has helped us most with time management. The intuitive nature of the software makes training easier and makes record notation a lot quicker.
