## About PropManager
PropManager is property management software built for landlords with 10 to 100 units, the operators who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a full property management company. PropManager handles rent collection with autopay and automated late fees, tracks maintenance requests from report to resolution, supports e-signature leases, and includes built-in bookkeeping that's Schedule E ready at tax time. It was built by landlords, for landlords, to fix the specific problems that come up managing real portfolios.

**What do you like best about PropManager?**

The transition from Buildium was seamless. Their team handled the entire migration, accurately bringing over tenants, leases, and four years of transactions. Day-to-day, the automated bank matching saves tons of time, cutting monthly rent reconciliation from a full Saturday to just 20 minutes. Plus, their customer support is exceptionally responsive, even answering emails on weekends.

**What do you dislike about PropManager?**

No built-in tenant screening feature included.

**What problems is PropManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PropManager solves complex data migrations, bloated software costs, and tedious manual accounting by having their team directly transfer historical records, eliminating unnecessary modules, and using automated bank matching to cut monthly rent reconciliation down to minutes while offering same-day human support.
