Who is Prompt Health pricing best suited for?

Prompt Health's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market physical therapy and outpatient rehab practices seeking an all-in-one EMR with integrated billing, scheduling, and AI documentation. G2 reviewers from small businesses praise Prompt Health for enabling in-house billing, reducing admin headcount needs, and streamlining solo or small-team operations. Mid-market reviewers in hospital and health care settings highlight enterprise-grade RCM workflows, authorization tracking, and multi-clinic scheduling as key value drivers. G2 reviews of Prompt Health also show strong adoption across medical practices and health and wellness organizations, with the custom quote model accommodating both growing independent clinics and larger multi-location groups.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Prompt Health?

Prompt Health does not offer a free version or publicly listed pricing tiers. According to G2's pricing data for Prompt Health, the pricing model is based on custom enterprise quotes. G2 reviews of Prompt Health indicate that some features, such as RTM integrations, home exercise program libraries, and additional merchant processor options, are available as add-on services at extra cost. One small business reviewer explicitly notes that additional services are offered at an a la carte price, limiting operational ability due to financial constraints and expressing preference for all features to be included in base membership.

Is Prompt Health considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Prompt Health consistently signal strong value despite acknowledging premium pricing. Multiple small business owners explicitly state Prompt Health paid for itself quickly and improved revenue through cleaner claims, faster billing, and reduced documentation time. Reviewers switching from WebPT cite faster support response times and superior AI features as justification for higher cost. One reviewer notes Prompt Health is on the more expensive side of EHRs but calls it worth it. High ratings averaging 4.5 to 5.0 across segments, combined with recurring praise for AI documentation, RCM automation, and responsive support, indicate Prompt Health's pricing delivers strong return for practices prioritizing efficiency and revenue cycle performance.

"Intuitive Experience and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Prompt Health?

Intuitive user experience, integrated technology such as the AI sidekick tool, and really effective and responsive support staff. Implementation is really seamless, and their onboarding team has really thought of everything. I use this software daily and I've had a really great experience with this so far. They also have a lot of good partners for integrating features such as faxing, merchant processors, RTM features, and home exercise program softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prompt Health?

The onboarding process is extremely thorough, and for a small business owner that runs a solo practice, it can be very daunting. Cash-based billing features still need to be developed to make it easier for practices that are not billing insurance. Last thing I would say is that I would love other options to integrate with merchant processors. They only allow for one vendor at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
