With professional subscription plans that boast the lowest fees in the industry ($0 + 0% ticket service fees) PromoTix has the ability to increase bottom line profits for the thousands of event creators using the software. For those not ready to take the leap into an annual subscription, you can get started for as little as 1.75% per ticket sold with no contract or credit card required at sign up. In addition, PromoTix has patent pending advanced marketing tools not offered on other platforms that will drive your ticket sales through the roof. Features include the ability to push your own custom branded event mobile app without developers into the app stores, a built in ambassador program with thousands of ambassadors in the network, a viral contest registration component, Spotify artist insight data for talent booking, and a virtual streaming platform. PromoTix's ticketing product is robust, with everything you need to manage and monetize attendance at your event. Create unlimited events and ticket types, create reserved seating charts, add and collect your own service fees, build and manage guest lists, promote discount codes, and scan in attendees fast with QR based ticket scanning using any iOS or Android device. ## PromoTix Reviews ### 1. Free Ticketing. We have made so much in additional cash since our customers aren't paying ticketing fees to buy tickets (we get to price our tickets a tad higher.) - We saved over $42,000 in ticketing fees with our festival. 2. Mobile App Feature. We launched our mobile app using the PromoTix dashboard without a developer for our venue. We've had over 3,000 downloads. We used to do text SMS marketing which was expensive every time a show was announced but now we do app notifications which are way cheaper and work better for ticket sales it seems. 3. Virtual Events Feature. PromoTix has streaming built in, so you can actually secure your virtual event with a ticket. Other companies are just sending unsecured URLs so once someone buys a ticket, they may share it with their friends and you'd never know. PromoTix has it figured out and we've been able to get some revenue going again during the COVID shut down through virtual ticketed shows. There's a ton more of course but these would be my top three. **What do you dislike about PromoTix?** I wish that they had the ability to put in your own credit card processor. Right now you can only select Stripe, but you'll still save a ton since they don't charge any ticket service fees. Once they allow you to put in your own CC processor you'd save even more. **What problems is PromoTix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've eliminated a high ticket service fee that was charged by Eventbrite originally. Now we get to keep more of the customer's final price paid for the ticket. We saved over $42k in ticketing fees. We wanted an app for our venue but didn't want to pay the $20,000 quote we originally received from a developer agency. PromoTix was able to do this for $250 a month. We offset that cost by eliminating our text SMS marketing costs and send show announcements through push notifications on the app now so the net benefit was POSITIVE cashflow PLUS a mobile app since we used to spend over $2,500 a month on SMS.
