1. Free Ticketing. We have made so much in additional cash since our customers aren't paying ticketing fees to buy tickets (we get to price our tickets a tad higher.) - We saved over $42,000 in ticketing fees with our festival. 2. Mobile App Feature. We launched our mobile app using the PromoTix dashboard without a developer for our venue. We've had over 3,000 downloads. We used to do text SMS marketing which was expensive every time a show was announced but now we do app notifications which are way cheaper and work better for ticket sales it seems. 3. Virtual Events Feature. PromoTix has streaming built in, so you can actually secure your virtual event with a ticket. Other companies are just sending unsecured URLs so once someone buys a ticket, they may share it with their friends and you'd never know. PromoTix has it figured out and we've been able to get some revenue going again during the COVID shut down through virtual ticketed shows. There's a ton more of course but these would be my top three.
