You load all owners properties under one owner therefore all their money is under one ledger. Their statements are easy to read. Posting anything whether it be rent, invoices is very easy. **What do you dislike about Promas?** Not an online program no portal access for owner nor tenant cannot post pictures or upload inspections **Recommendations to others considering Promas:** I would recommend this product us d it for 12 years really liked it for what it did. However not the most updated program. **What problems is Promas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very easy and user friendly . Easy to cut checks, 1099s are super easy to print. You are able to access owner money and move it around if need be. Not a property based program. ## Promas Discussions - [What is Promas used for?](https://www.g2.com/discussions/promas-what-is-promas-used-for) - [What is Promas used for?](https://www.g2.com/discussions/what-is-promas-used-for) - [View Promas pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/promas/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-03+13%3A21%3A02+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=f090df6b-8822-4d5c-a660-4fecb4abe563&secure%5Btoken%5D=14025b36a94244180bed2751dd8917e4bf51119419de9b405971a66084a09c91&format=llm_user) ## Promas Features **Leasing** - Vacancy Advertising - Rental Applications - Tenant Screening - Lease Templates - Document Management - Occupancy Management - Housekeeping Management - Contact Management - Complaint Management **Leasing & Tenants - Residential Property Management** - Tenant screening - Lease tracking - Digital lease signing **Building Operations** - Maintenance Service Requests - Property Inspections - Service Portals - Building Announcements - Resource Reservations - Residential Properties **Financials - Residential Property Management** - Income and expense tracking - Online rent collection - Late fee automation **Accounting** - Property Accounting - Online Payment - Company Financials - Certificates of Insurance (COI) - Dashboards - Overdue Payments - Commercial Properties - Activity Dashboard - Electronic Payments **Operations & Maintenance - Residential Property Management** - Maintenance request management - Vendor coordination - Move in and move out management **Operations** - Tenant Portal - Integration with Rental Payment Solution - Lease Application Management - Tenant Screening - Amenity Management - Accounting Module - Maintenance Management - Listing Syndication - Work Order Management - Communication Management - Vendor Management - Marketing Management - Service Request Management - Reservations Management - Listing Management - Third-Party Integrations - Task Management - Tax Management - Financial Management - Channel Management - Owner Portal - Calendar Management - Contract/License Management - Vacancy Management - Faculty/Staff Management - Workflow Management - Inspection Management - Lead Management - Insurance Management - Background Screening - Website Management **Reporting & Communication - Residential Property Management** - Owner reporting - Tenant portal - Listing syndication **Agentic AI - Property Management** - Autonomous Task Execution - Multi-step Planning - Cross-system Integration - Natural Language Interaction - Proactive Assistance - Decision Making **Additional Functionality** - Budget Tracking - Property Database - Alerts/Notifications - Transaction History - Late Fee Calculation - Credit Check - Expense Tracking - Billing & Invoicing - AI Copilot - API - Payment Processing - Document Storage - Maintenance Scheduling - Reminders - Reporting & Statistics - Data Import/Export - Generative AI - Digital Signature - Rent Tracking - Web-based Deployment - Rent Collection - Lease Tracking - Customizable Branding - Transaction Monitoring - For Real Estate - Financial Reporting - For Property Managers - Tenant Tracking - Credit Card Processing - Dynamic Pricing - For Hospitality Industry - Violation Tracking - For Residential - Search/Filter - Guest Tracking - Multi-Location - Mobile App - Electronic Signature - Utility Billing - Role-Based Permissions - Activity Tracking - Virtual Tour - Discussions/Forums - File Sharing - Drag & Drop - Recurring/Subscription Billing - For Commercial Real Estate - Client/Property Matching ## Top Promas Alternatives - [AppFolio](https://www.g2.com/products/appfolio/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (1,162 reviews) - [Entrata](https://www.g2.com/products/entrata/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (807 reviews) - [Innago](https://www.g2.com/products/innago/reviews) - 4.8/5.0 (698 reviews)
