The number one thing I like about Project Insight is its ease of use. It's very user intuitive. It allows the project resources to update the status of their own tasks, so we're always getting the most recent updates without the need for a meeting to ask everyone where they're current status. One thing that we need help with is understanding the baseline percent complete versus projected baseline percent complete.
