## About Project.co
Project.co is a project management and client collaboration platform built specifically for service businesses that manage ongoing client work. It helps agencies, consultants, and professional service teams organize projects, communicate with clients, and deliver work from a single shared workspace. Unlike traditional project management tools that focus mainly on internal team workflows, Project.co is designed around the reality of client-facing work. Service businesses often juggle emails, shared drives, chat tools, and task managers just to keep one project moving. Project.co brings all of this together into one place, giving teams and clients a clear, structured environment to collaborate without relying on long email threads or disconnected tools. With Project.co, each client project becomes a dedicated workspace where conversations, tasks, files, feedback, and deadlines live side by side. Teams can invite clients directly into their projects, giving them visibility into progress and a simple way to communicate, review work, and share assets. The interface is intentionally easy to use, making it accessible for clients who may not be familiar with project management software. Project.co includes a set of tools designed to support real-world service delivery workflows, including: • Client-facing project portals for shared communication and transparency • Task management with deadlines, owners, and progress tracking • Centralized file storage and document sharing • Built-in discussions and activity feeds to replace scattered email threads • Time tracking and workload visibility for billable and internal work • Project templates for repeatable service processes Project.co is commonly used by marketing agencies, creative studios, software development teams, consultants, and other professional service providers who manage multiple clients at once. Typical use cases include onboarding new clients, coordinating deliverables, collecting feedback and approvals, tracking project progress, and keeping all client communication in one place. Delivered as a web-based SaaS platform, Project.co works entirely in the browser with no setup required. It is designed to scale with growing service teams while keeping client collaboration simple, structured, and organized.

## Project.co Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Interface, Needs Improved Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela R. | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I recently started using Project.co as a project management tool for client communication and cross-functional teams. I enjoy that it's clean and easy to onboard both internal teams and clients. It reduces the back and forth across emails and scattered tools by providing a structured space where conversations, files, and progress tracking are organized together. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the platform very intuitive. I really like the interface.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I feel that Project.co needs more advanced reporting and deeper customization options for workflows. Also, expanding native integrations would benefit complex project environments.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Project.co for client communication and managing cross-functional teams. It's easy to onboard everyone, reduces back-and-forth emails, and keeps conversations, files, and tracking in one place.

**Official Response from Matt Byrom:**

> Thank you very much for your review Pamela. I'm glad Project.co is working well for your business. We have more in the way of reporting and integrations coming later this year so watch this space :)

  ### 2. Exceptional Support and Planning Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy R. | Multimedia Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

My favorite aspect of Project.co so far is the level of support we've received, even long before we signed up. Matt and his team are very responsive and knowledgeable. The recent addition of "relative dates" as an option is extremely helpful when we're creating templates for jobs that repeat every month. Those kinds of tasks are almost always the same month to month, and their deadlines are around the same point, so it works out nicely.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There are very minor glitches here and there, but I've already mentioned them to the support team and saw a fix that same day–from across the globe!

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co helps us organize and prioritize our tasks across dealership rooftops and manage projects effectively.

**Official Response from Matt Byrom:**

> Thank you for your kind review Jeremy. And thanks for reporting your feedback along the way. I was very happy we got a couple of small updates made for you to improve your experience and use of Project.co overall.

  ### 3. Project.co Gave Me the One Thing Other Tools Never Did

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piers J. | Project manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

What I like most about Project.co is that it doesn’t just give me a to-do list; it gives me clarity. Every project feels like its own workspace where tasks, discussions, files, notes and even payments all live together. This means my team can collaborate without bouncing between five different apps, and my clients can log in and see real progress without asking for constant updates. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t spend hours training new team members or explaining it to clients. They pick it up instantly, which saves me time and keeps projects moving. I also appreciate the built-in time tracking — it connects the creative side of projects with the business side, which most tools fail to do.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say the reporting could be more customizable. I’d love to tailor dashboards for different types of clients or projects.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before my workflow was scattered tasks lived in spreadsheets, conversations were buried in emails, files were hidden across Google Drive, and payments had to be tracked manually. The result was delays, miscommunication, and clients feeling left out of the loop. With Project.co, all of that chaos disappeared. Every project now has a single source of truth where the team and the client see the same information in real time. Clients feel included because they can see updates without me sending long emails, and my team feels empowered because responsibilities are clearly assigned.

The biggest benefit has been peace of mind I don’t wake up wondering what’s pending, who’s behind or whether a client has seen the latest file. It’s all there, organized and visible. Project.co doesn’t just make project management easier; it makes delivery smoother, relationships stronger and my business more reliable.

  ### 4. Seamless Collaboration and Client-Focused Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhilesh K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

What I like best about Project.co is its straightforward interface and client-focused design. It brings tasks, communication, and files together in one place, making collaboration seamless and ensuring everyone has clear visibility into project progress.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I dislike its limited integrations and basic reporting features. For larger teams, scalability and customization can also be challenging, and the mobile app doesn’t yet match the desktop experience.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co solves the problem of scattered communication and lack of visibility by centralizing tasks, files, and client collaboration in one platform. This benefits us by improving efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with fewer errors.

**Official Response from Matt Byrom:**

> Thank you for your review Akhilesh. I'm glad Project.co is helping you collaborate with your team and clients more effectively. We have more integrations coming this year and we'll keep working to bring as much of the power from the desktop to our mobile apps as possible.

  ### 5. Coordinator

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AAMIR A. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

What I like best about Project.co is its all-in-one project management platform. It keeps tasks, communication, and files organized in one place, making collaboration with teams and clients smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

The reporting features are limited, and the interface can feel cluttered when managing multiple projects.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co addresses the issue of disorganized project information by bringing together tasks, communication, and files in one place. This centralization enhances team collaboration, helps save time, and makes it easier to complete projects efficiently and on time.

**Official Response from Matt Byrom:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write your review AAMIR. I'm so glad it's making your work smooth and efficient. I'm sorry you feel like the interface can be cluttered. We work hard to make things clear and organised so we'll keep improving in this area.

  ### 6. Project.co: An Efficient and User-Friendly Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Ease of use, simple onboarding and setup, integrations, and embed options for other apps. It simplifies the project management process with my team members and clients. It also allows them and me to feel a sense of security.
When I first got this tool, it took me about 20 minutes to set up, and I could start using it immediately. I love the templates available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Nothing to dislike, I would say. The support team is involved in a continual improvement process. They listen to the customer, and respond to support calls within a day, and there is a road map with new features added regularly.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep track of projects and processes efficiently. A project can be set up quickly, manually, or by selecting a template from the library. I can run a project solo or involve others by giving them selective access to the portal. There are features within Project.co for most, if not all, requirements.

  ### 7. OK product, but unethical company

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I like how I've been able to organize information I need to reference about each client into its own product. I like how you're able to add the tools you need for each product.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

The company itself is pretty unethical when it comes to lifetime deals. They add a version number to the product and treat updates as a whole new product so they don't have to honor the terms of its lifetime deals. I signed up pre-version 2, and there was a review that this happened in version 1, too. They're releasing version 3 now, and it's not included in the lifetime deal. I'd be skeptical to pay for a lifetime deal or any tier of monthly service based on this fact.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped us keep organized.

  ### 8. Great tool for managing projects and clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignacio S. | Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

-I like that I have several options in one place. It allows me to manage my coaching clients and assign them tasks and tools. I like that I can insert code within the different tools, which makes it quite versatile, and it is quite stable for its ability to adapt to my needs.
-You can use payment buttons and pay within the platform, which is quite rare for client management platforms, and it simplifies my work quite a bit.
-The audio and video players are quite stable and accept different types of platforms, particularly Google Drive, which is one of my preferred work tools.
-The creator of the platform is a business owner, so he has many instructional videos that can provide solutions to different situations in your business using the platform. The price is quite attractive if you compare it to other similar tools.
-You can brand your business without paying large amounts of money and it might seem like it's your own application.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

-As I mentioned in what I like, it is a quite flexible platform, so sometimes it has glitches that are solved by refreshing the page or waiting for the platform to accept the changes. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially for people who do not understand technology well, as it sometimes takes time with some glitches or you have to repeat the setup, sometimes the glitch prevents an activity you are doing from being saved, but it is a price I can pay for the flexibility I have to use the platform. So I prefer to have to do double work occasionally for the flexibility the platform gives me. Some people may get tired of this little glitch.
-If you sign up with Google and you want to use your Google account on your phone or tablet, Google blocks access for security reasons, which has been a bit inconvenient as I haven't been able to use the app on my phone. However, it runs quite well on Safari and Chrome on the cell phone, so that problem hasn't bothered me either.
-It does not have double synchronization with my Google Calendar.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a large amount of tools and programs for my clients, which I always have disorganized in different folders. It takes me time to assign them to the clients and it takes me time to verify that the clients are doing the activities. With this platform, I can have them all in one place and easily assign them to each of my clients.

  ### 9. Project.Co Continues to Be The Answer to All of Our Previous Agency Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

If you have tried every software for client communications, client portals, or even tried to develop your own like I have, stop. Project.co has every feature you've been missing, and you can't beat the price for the value it comes with. Matt and his team continuously add new features and listen to feedback from their users. I have probably tried over 30 different softwares looking for the ability to embed anything, white labeled, and prioritize customer service. After trying Project.co, I knew. Our communication with clients became smoother, and best of all, if your client has multiple brands, that can manage them all in one place while you manage services for them. I can't thank Project.co for developing the solution we needed so we can focus on running our business and keeping clients happy.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I love everything about the software and we will continue to use it!

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co solves the problem of scattered projects, miscommunication, and reporting by providing separated projects by "group" or "company", separating discussion channels inside of those projects to keep things organized, provides an embed feature to attach as many tools as you'd like to each project to show your client everything you have going for that project. It also has the ability to create project templates to save time on setup, and zapier for automated tasks.

  ### 10. Affordable, Efficient, and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin N. | Web Developer/Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

By far, this is the easiest platform I've used. The intuitive display of information makes navigation a breeze, allowing me to access everything I need without hassle. The setup process was incredibly smooth, and onboarding was seamless—it’s never been easier. Not only is it efficient in getting tasks done quickly, but the affordability makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a reliable, cost-effective solution.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

One downside is that the mobile version isn't quite flushed out yet. My team primarily uses the desktop version, which works well for us, but it’s worth noting if you rely heavily on mobile. Additionally, being a newer platform, the community help isn't as extensive as more established solutions. That said, the platform is so easy to use, and the customer support team is quick to respond, so we haven't found this to be much of an issue.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co has been incredibly helpful in managing multiple small teams within my organization. The platform excels in notekeeping, to-do lists, and file management, making it easy to keep track of important tasks and documents. It's provided my teams with much-needed visibility into our day-to-day operations, helping everyone stay on the same page and collaborate more effectively. The intuitive interface makes it easy to assign tasks, keep track of deadlines, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. It's been a game-changer for team organization and productivity!

  ### 11. A Hub For Clients and Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob M. | Co-Founder, CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

The user interface is clean, simple, and a ton less complicated than other tools we've used like Clickup! It tracks everything to completion, clients see where things are at, and our team is more organized.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There's not a lot of account-wide integrations available without using something like Zapier, but there are a lot of 3rd party tools that can be added to each project. There's also not a way to limit the client views in discussions like you can in Basecamp, they see all conversations on the projects, even internal ones, which can get messy or confusing for clients. I wish the Add People option was on a per-tool basis, not project wide. I also wish it did estimates or proposals just so I can get rid of a few other tools.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the tracking of what are we all doing, when does it need to be done, and how far along are we. It also tracks time, assets, status, and can help you get paid more easily.

  ### 12. Easiest and most visibly-pleasing project management software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LaKiesha T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Project.co is very easy to use and set up. I find it quite easy to navigate, find and update my projects, and train my team on its use. I also like the dashboard setup and that it's in color and customizable it is.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

It would be nice if you could create "folders" to better organize my projects. I don't have many projects now, but when I start adding clients, it will be more difficult to find projects and/or clients.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co allows us to view and maintain track of all of our client projects. The templates have allowed us to create the checklists for the processes that we use for our projects and easily assign them to clients. This saves us so much time as the templates are easy to edit and update as well. I also love that we can directly invoice our clients and receive payments through this platform.

  ### 13. The perfect solution for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lane M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Great interface. No learning curve. Easy to use. White labeled for our clients to give them a fully branded solution. I'm very impressed. Pricing is fantastic too.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Nothing to complain about - it fits our needs.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping keep our our client communication streamlined and organized. It's also helping us stay on track internally.

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Results are accurate and precise everytime

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Takes a but time to complete the task with large data

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring , Risk management and Dependecny Management

  ### 15. Great customization features; Outstanding value; Incredible support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Cofounder / President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Here are four highlights for me:

1. Project.co is customizable. It can be branded with your own domain, email address, and brand colors. Those you invite to collaborate with you on projects do not see Project.co but your brand.

2. Collaborators you invite to your projects are not forced to sign up for a Project.co account. They accept your invitation to create a personal user account and then can work with you via email or logging in to the project platform that you have created.

3. The speed and quality of support are some of the best I've experienced from any service. And Project.co welcomes feature suggestions. In fact, most of the features I've suggested to support are being implemented.

4. Porject.co offers the ability to integrate with scores of other apps. This allows all the tools related to a project to be accessed inside the Project.co platform.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

For me, there has been a learning curve. But I'm not sure this is a downside as much as a result of Project.co's robust feature set and customization capacities.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to manage projects and collaborate with internal team members and external freelancers in an environment customized to our brand.

  ### 16. Good for managing a project.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gagandeep S. | Campus Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

The best thing about the project.co is one can manage all the project requirements at one place by having 3rd party tools.
It's easy to use , their whole on onboarding step and all, their collaboration makes the project easier.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

It's loading sometimes just showing that not worked properly, and while you can import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in improving collaboration and communication features and customisable project template that helps in saving the teams time and reduce many errors.

  ### 17. The perfect project management tool for a video producer with questionable tech skills :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Project.co is easy to use! The dashboard, tool tabs and entire interface is extremely intuitive and dare I say — fun to use :)

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I don't have a negative word to say about Project.co — wish I had found this program sooner!

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co solves many issues that I have. I work in a fast-paced job with lots of details, tasks, files and people to keep track of and Project.co has help me organize all of these things. I really enjoy the fact that I can store project data in the cloud and retrive it wherever I am — this has been a BIG help. The task list and ability to add files, documents and even video content to the tool, which can be sharable has been amazing!

  ### 18. The absolutly "all-in-one" tool my graphic design company needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flor L. | Fundador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

In our case, the most useful thing about this tool is that it allows me to manage the tasks with the graphic design team at the same time that I can manage a workflow with the clients in a very simple and effective way.

And what is most useful for us is to be able to embed any type of file and the approvals. That makes our productivity great and our clients are very grateful.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I would add more integrations with payment platforms, especially for Latin America.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us Project.co solves an indispensable need for the survival of our business, which is to manage in an agile, simple and cost-effective way all our workflow, both internally and externally with our customers.

  ### 19. Easy to use and implement! Definitely a step up from what we had before.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendrick D. | Video Producer, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

We use the client portal aspect the most. Being able to have somewhere our clients can login and interact with us, including sharing files back and forth, is a huge boost to our communications flow and project management.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There's some improvement opportunities around notifications and communications flow that would take project.co up a notch in my opinion.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are using the client portal feature of Project.co. This allows us to create projects and users that match our organization's needs. The clients can then interact with us including sharing files and 'chatting' back and forth. It's really helpful that the clients can reply to a chat via email since most of them are in their email client all day anyway.

  ### 20. User friendly interface , no training required

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Soniya N. | Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

To be able to manage all project requirements such as schedules, budgets, communication and a reserve for documents is the best quality. One stop solution

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Needs some improvement in removing the few glitches , may need some back end development

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So easy to use and doesn't require any effort or cost in training new employees to begin using this software to track their individual projects so management can see project status at one window is the most essential benefit

  ### 21. Project.co covers all the bases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nachole J. | Medical Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I've tried many project management tools, Trello, Asana, and Notion to name a few, but Project.co is by far the easiest to use and most intuitive.

I like that everything is grouped in one spot and that it's not a huge learning curve when you invite clients to use it. I'm so glad I got this deal when I did since it's currently not offered at the time I'm writing this review. :)

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

So far, I haven't encountered any issues. I'm enjoying using the software with my team and clients.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co is solving the project management and communication issue between teams and clients. Having everything all together makes things so much easier!

  ### 22. Simple tool to keep my business running smoothly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

The tool is simple and easy to use for our team. A lot of the other tools seemed to be overwhelming with their capabilities when I was doing research. Project.Co has exactly what we need to be successful at running our agency without any additional "fluff" that we don't need. The functionality is great and it's nice to collaborate with contractors and clients without having to pay for licensing.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

The UI/UX could be a bit stronger, and it would be great to have more templates to choose from. But overall these aren't reasons I wouldn't use the tool.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.Co allows my team to collaborate on projects as a team without having to keep everything in email. It serves as a great record-keeping tool to keep everything in one place. This is crucial when there are a lot of moving pieces to a project.

  ### 26. Impressive app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur I. | founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

First and foremost, I love the intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate, and I can quickly find the tools and features that I need to manage my projects efficiently. My clients were struggling navigating other project apps we used, but the last client we had was super impressed by the look and feel of our onboarding with project.co

I also like the communication and collaboration tools Project.co offers. The messaging system allows me to communicate with my team members in real-time, and the task management system ensures that everyone is on the same page and working towards our goals.

Another feature that I find extremely helpful is the time tracking tool. It allows me to keep track of how much time I'm spending on each task and project, which helps me to be more productive and efficient.

Lastly, I appreciate the flexibility that Project.co provides. Whether I'm working on a small project or a large one, I can easily customize the platform to meet my specific needs.

Overall, I would highly recommend Project.co to anyone looking for a user-friendly project management platform with robust communication and collaboration tools, time tracking, and flexible customization options.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Nothing bad as of right now to say about project.co. i'm very satisfied with.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were mostly looking for a user friendly app to onboard our clients, and have everything laid out conveniently. and we feel this app achieves exactly that!!

  ### 27. Finaly something simple but powerful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christoph K. | MR, Motion Pictures and Film, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I like the focused and customizable design and the intuitive logic behind the tool. Often, tools like this from other vendors were too complex and time-consuming to maintain or too limited and inflexible for our business. Project.co strikes a very good balance between complexity and simplicity for us. You can tell when using it that creatives created this tool for creatives.Besides, the note tool and embedding features are unique. I haven't found anything comparable that works so easily and flexibly. The direct customer support is especially noteworthy. It's really a different collaboration when the developer is so accessible to the user and takes your questions seriously and responds to them like at project.co. Also, it looks like the developers can quickly adjust or correct something which I see as another really good reason for the tool. This tool is a good and compact variant of the thousands of project management tool providers out there. At the moment I can recommend it especially for those who have tried many tools and none of them worked for them. Project.co definitely deserves to be noticed.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I see great potential in Project.co and think it is essential to consider the following points.

1. it would be a great help if tasks could be marked as done without opening the task. So you could update many tasks faster.

2. PDF export. It would be a big plus if you could export notes as PDF for example. The notes feature in Project.co is unique. It has great potential as a real creative concept tool where you could send as a clean paper to the client.

3) I miss a bit of a personal user area, where you could, for example, create tasks and notes for yourself separate from a specific project.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co helps not to get lost in cumbersome functions and lose sight of the essentials. It invites to structure projects well and is a pleasure to use, not a headache. It is also very suitable for smaller creative companies that are looking for an effective and uncomplicated organization of projects. It is very intuitively designed and has original approaches to creating notes, embedding and managing projects.

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I have ClickUp and love it, but it's not easy for my clients to use. Project.Co fills this need.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I don't like the media library interface. I'd like to be able to see a preview for pdfs.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving email thread chaos!

  ### 29. Project.co is my new Daily Friend!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. T. | Adjunct Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

If you're on the hunt for a project management tool that's both effective and ever-evolving, let me introduce you to Project.co.

First of all, let's talk about how user-friendly this platform is. From setting up tasks and timelines to assigning team members and tracking progress, everything is a breeze. I've used other project management tools before that felt like I needed an advanced degree just to figure out how to use them, but Project.co is refreshingly straightforward.

And don't even get me started on their customer support. They've got an awesome team of friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always available to help with any questions or issues. I always get a reply in a timely manner.

Overall, I can't recommend Project.co enough. It's a reliable and efficient project management tool that also happens to be a blast to use. Give Project.co a try and see for yourself!

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There are a few things that need to be implemented for this to be my end-all-be-all! The good news is that there is a very healthy and public Roadmap of features to be added. These are submitted by users who get to upvote the ideas they would like to see implemented.

For me, I have a set of tasks that I do on each new project. I would love to see a way to add these once, and then just assign them to a new project when applicable. That would be nice and easy! Instead, I have them on an CSV file and I have to import them each time (oh, my first-world problems!)

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Project.co I can delegate tasks, schedule recurring tasks once and have them show up for team members each day, week, or month, track progress on tasks, communicate with team members.

  ### 30. Game-changer to my onboarding and project management experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah Bernadette B. | Freelance Social Media Manager & Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Easy to navigate & not intimidating to use, Has great tools that keep my tasks in one place, In brand look makes it more professional,

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

So far, the limitations of what I can pin and easily found, but not really a problem that hinders my workflow

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I got Project.Co, my onboarding has never been so easy and professional! I can actually have my onboarding be executed even without setting another meeting to my clients. Plus, they love how I can make their dashboards (what I call each Project) look in-brand with their business. They are also happy how easy everything is! My project management has never been this EASIER and CONVENIENT. The biggest factor is that the support from Matt himself is soooooooooo prompt and very accommodating. He answers even my slightest confusion on where to look for this and that. He answers very vividly and guides you althroughout.

  ### 31. Straightforward Client Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

The biggest asset of Project.co is its simple to understand nature. I use the tool for managing client projects and involving clients in the process. I've tried a number of other tools in the past, and the issue is the normally the learning curve. Clients will push back at any learning curve, so having a portal which is clean and straightforward is essential.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

The flip side is that there are times you need complexity for work effectively. Project.co handles this primarily through embedding other tools. This works most of the time, but it requires additional subscriptions and not al other tools allow external embedding. For a long time the tool was English only which was a big issue, but I recently received an email saying a handful of other languages were added!

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Project.co is solving for me and my business is providing a clear and concise portal to my clients. It is providing them a central hub that contains all their assets and details which is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

  ### 32. Well designed Project Managment Tool for solo or small businesses. Great Design and Comms Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Proinsias *Fran* M. | Owner Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Firstly, I love the UI and UX.
The inbuilt tools that allow client and team communications
Note Taking,
Task Lists
And a game changer was being able to take payments with Stripe

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I might have some issues with storage but if I am busy then I can afford the upgrades.
As a small business I use gmail as my CRM and I would like to maybe tranfer leads over to Project.co in a more seamless way.
But I know I can do that easliy with Goolge Sheets but I like the fact that I can propose ideas to their designers.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in Events and One Off events that have preperation and a long lead time, so this tool is great for creating a client portal where the client can see updates and progress
The payments to be honest is a game changer and I love the simplicity of its integration into the design.
I am also using it for more detailed quotes and I am creating my own template that I can drop in for specific enquiries

  ### 33. Great tool for freelance and easygoing teams!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide A. | Marketing consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Simple, simple and quick. Way to manage projects is very easy because you have few right options to manage normal projects and task without many subtask or complicated structure as many of other solutions. The way to add notes, bullet points, task points, embed external resource, add task from a note etc is very powerful. Also the price is very competitive.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There is no app right now even if the mobile version is kind of a web app and is enough to add and manage content, of course no notifications from it. Need availability to add custom tools in some module but they are still in progress and updating the platform. Very smart project.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a freelance with 10 to 20 projects opened in the same time, I need a quick solution to manage them, task, time, integrate google docs created for prj (minutes etc) . Easy solution to share with customers.

Nothing to say, the product is fine as it is

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 35. Complete, intuitive, and powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva M. | Psicóloga, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I loved project.co!

I was already impressed by the description because of all the features it has.

Trying it out only confirmed what Matt clearly shows in the videos: it is a super complete, intuitive, and powerful platform.

I have already started using it with my team and my clients. I love that it has different levels of access and privacy and offers multiple functions that allow you to carry out even the smallest details of a project, in addition to smooth communication with clients and collaborators.

P.S.: Matt's explanatory videos about each function of project.co make everything much easier!

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Nothing! So far all the features I have used have worked perfectly!

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project and task management, both with the team and with clients. It allows for smooth communication and an orderly and coordinated management of each step or task within a project.

  ### 36. A very customizable tools for any business process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ara a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

We love the structure and software logic. It aligns with any of our department needs on monitoring any business process. Also the super powerful (and unlimited) custom field makes it easy and very customizable.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Streched custom field feature can leads to buggy interface. I need to refresh and click another time everytime i change or move the task. Also the push notification and API are not available right now.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co solves my problem of managing 40 members of staff with hundreds of various task and business process. As the CEO i can view all the activities in one screen thanks to the filter feature, and it helps my meetings to be more effective and leads to actionable item immidiately.

  ### 37. Finally a client's dashboard that is simple and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo P. | UX Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I have been struggling to find a project management tool with a simple and easy-to-use UI/UX. I tried apps like Assana, Monday, Trello and many more only to get calls or emails from clients saying it's overwhelming and asking me to keep them updated by email. So I decided to move forward with Project.co. I showed it to some of my clients and asked them for feedback. They said it's "Simple and easy to navigate" - music to my UX Design ears. I already started the complete migration to Project.co and the setup process was very smooth: Custom domains/email setup and branding. I had a little problem with permissions and the support team fixed it right away.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

It's a great tool overall but I miss the automated tracking feature (time tracking) for each task instead of inputting the time manually. But they are working on it. Also, I use Google Drive a lot but the Integration is already planned on their Roadmap.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like how the project page looks like a Social Media Profile page. It's easy to use and easy to interact with. Every asset, conversation and link is in one place. Not a new concept but the way they design their UI/UX it's simple for my clients to understand.

  ### 38. Flexible Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josías D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I like the flexibility the tool offers. We are trying to centralize different needs into one platform to be more efficient and serve our clients better. So far it seems that Project.co can help is get there.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I find creating tasks a bit complex. From a UX perspective, I think that some steps can be removed so that we can create tasks faster without duplicating steps. For instance, in bulk.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until now, we've used a few tools to organize different needs and departments in our small team. For example, marketing, sales, professional services, and development. The goal is to simplify things through one platform so that we are more focused on better internal and external communications, follow up on responsibilities and deadlines, and more.

  ### 39. Great Tool For Completing Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bakari C. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I recently had the pleasure of using [Project.co](http://Project.co) for a project I and others worked on with a few coworkers and clients. Signing up and getting on board was straightforward. The best features of this tool are the project chat, custom fields, and task filters for determining completed/incomplete tasks. Also, like how Project.com sends out reminders for overdue tasks. The design is also very clean and uncluttered, and the developer provides excellent support. Overall, I highly recommend [Project.co](http://Project.co) for projects involving multiple people.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Would like to manually move tasks around in the category filter view. Also would like to schedule chats (reminders) to go out every week or every month.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When my co-workers and I are working on a project with many tasks, I open Project.co to show the team completed and incomplete tasks. Instead of using emails, I can use chat to send a message to project members, and team members get reminders when their tasks are past due.

  ### 40. Still getting familiar with the platform but really like the simplicity so far.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb C. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

One of the things that stands out to me about this tool is its user-friendly interface. It is easy to navigate and I have found that even team members who are new to project management are able to quickly pick up on how to use it. Additionally, the tool has a wide range of features that make it easy to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

One thing that would be nice is the ability to create & manage subscriptions for services offered to clients.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom workflows and Kanban boards. This has been a huge help in organizing and prioritizing tasks, and has made it much easier for me to keep track of what needs to be done and by whom. The tool also integrates seamlessly with other tools that we use, such as Google Drive and Slack, which makes it even easier to collaborate with team members.

  ### 41. Clean, easy-to-use and project management focused

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray D. | Brand and Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Project.co has simplicity at its heart. This is born out of a strong focus towards project management and very little distraction. The user interface doesn't get in your way and the user experience is uncomplicated and productive.

One area where most project management software lives and falls is its support and Project.co shines brighter here over anything else I've ever used. Support is extremely responsive and there is a growing community of like-minded professionals in their Circle community as well.

There is also a clear roadmap available for Project.co which helps to understand where the software will be heading in the near future and this speaks to the transparency of the leadership.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

There are some very minor bugs (which are quickly fixed) which are inevitable considering the growth of Project.co as a platform lately. However, these bugs are usually minor and mainly cosmetic. Overall, the platform is extremely stable and solid, the bugs have been extremely minor to date.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Project.co brings simplicity to our workflow in a space that is dominated by complicated software which typically adds more burden onto our workflows rather than solving any problems.

Project.co has enabled us to become more productive by removing the need to wrestle with the user experience. Its project management-focused feature set is very clean and just makes sense. We've found that it can largely adapt to you rather than you having to build workflows around how the tool works. There are just enough features (custom fields and groups etc.) to enable us to make it fit in with OUR workflows.

  ### 42. Project.co is a fantastic project management tool for agencies.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

One of the things I love most about Project.co is its flexibility. The software allows me to create customizable project templates, so I can quickly set up new projects and get my team working on them right away. I also appreciate the centralised calendar, which gives me a clear overview of all of our upcoming deadlines and milestones.

Another standout feature of Project.co is its real-time project tracking. I can easily see what tasks my team members are working on, and whether they are on track to meet their deadlines. This has been incredibly helpful for keeping our projects moving forward and ensuring that we deliver results for our clients on time.

In terms of collaboration, Project.co has also exceeded my expectations. The software makes it easy for my team to share files and communicate with each other, regardless of where they are. This has been especially useful during the pandemic, when many of us are working remotely.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I wish it had recurring/subscription payments for clients.
Also i would like to see task start conditional of previous tasks completion.
I would like an easier way to add users to a task if they are not already part of the project but are already a project.co user

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently started using Project.co as the project management software for my digital marketing agency, and I have been extremely happy with the results. After using it for just one month, I've already seen a significant improvement in our team's efficiency and collaboration.

  ### 43. An Awesome Project Management Tool. Simple to Use but Customisable for Your Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise F. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

One of my favourite things about Project.co is its simple use. They provide a good structure and guide to get started, and there are many fully-feature templates to try out and adapt. Feature requests and bugs are taken onboard and implemented/fixed, which isn't always the case with competing products.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

When I first started using it, there were some UI niggles and features that weren't yet implemented, which prevented me from using it, but these were quickly taken care of. Matt not only gave me an ETA of when they would be released but also let me know when they had.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.co is a great project communication tool that allows you to collaborate with your team and, crucially, clients. The high quality of the mobile apps makes it easy for clients to review and comment on their projects and the embed tools means I can share with them, the other tools I use on projects and give them a central hub to view.

  ### 44. Improve your brand image and streamline your project management with ONE TOOL!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Right from the first onboarding project, our clients are immersed in a platform that is on-brand with our business! The Project templates allow us to get everyone on the same page quickly, and the simple interface keeps the project flow moving. The search tool indexes almost everything inside the platform, so finding anything is just a quick search query away. Finally, the ability to embed other tools into a central Whitelabel Hub for all our external client project management gives us almost unlimited possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

It would be nice if some automation were built into the platform, but there is a pretty robust Zapier integration with plenty of actions and triggers if you have an account.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want the first-touch interactions with my new clients to give them the confidence that not only are they working with a business that cares about Customer Experience but can get things done with them.

  ### 45. A tool that you can actually use for a change

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I love the design of the Project.co interface. It's clean, colourful and most of all - well structured. While some other tools bombard you with how "clever" the designers by showing you all the features, bells and whistles they've included, Project.co has gone the other way and provided a structure for the tools you'll ACTUALLY USE. And as the structure and design of each project can be adapted by adding tools as needed, it keeps the project canvas clear and useful

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I'd love to see more integrations but know that many of the other softwares are on the public road map, so in planning/production. Task dependency would be a great addition.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now Project.co is helping us to work with our clients more efficiently but also helping with setting out a clear and structured project roadmap for each project we're working on. This includes all the internal projects we have running

  ### 46. A great tool for any freelancer or agency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I have tried many project management tools, but none of them are as good as project.co. One of the main reasons I like it is that they're always trying to improve the product. Another reason is that it does not take long for me to learn how to use it, and even if I do not use all its features, I still love using it because it helps me keep track of my projects and communicate better with my clients.

I think that Project.co is a great project management tool for small businesses, especially if you want to be able to easily communicate with people in different locations and not want to spend a lot of money.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I think that UI could be improved. And the creation of user client requires more steps, that should be less.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using project.co for my customer portal. I needed a simple, easy and cheap solution for my customers.

  ### 47. Try It and Help Project.Co Grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

I like the ease of use. It can be used right out of the box without the need to watch lengthy training videos just to set it up and start. The application comes with some example projects and tasks which helps to understand the basics and then from there a user can build out a process that suits their needs without becoming overly complex.

I also like the fact that it's agile. What I mean is that where I try and do something and it doesn't work the way I'd expected (like a date format that autocorrects to a fraction) although it can be frustrating all you need to do is let support know and the dev team will get onto it. If you have an improvement idea, tell them and it might either be on the plan or it could be added to their dev roadmap. Keep the improvement request reasonable and possible with a value add and it'll be higher up on the roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

For me it's my own frustration around my lack of experience with the software and not knowing the best way to achieve an outcome. I have a tendency to overcomplicate things which bites me on the bum later and I end up unpicking things.

I think there needs a tweak/improvement on tagging on projects, tasks and maybe creation of sub tasks with tagging too. There's a facility to create custom fields and I have created some tags (custom fields) for different business lines but (and it may be due to my lack of understanding of the software whuch is why I get frustrated) I can't seem to create the tags at a task level, only at a project or account level.

I'd also like to see a faster buildout of the short training videos with targeted outcomes perhaps based on what users have said they're trying to do and couldn't so they reached out to support for help. There are already quite a few videos, much better than some other softwares I've seen or used, but more will always be welcome.

I wish that storage space could be larger. I know it costs but even a one off cost or an annual cost like Google or Apple charges for, say, 200Gb. At the moment I'm okay but my fear is that over time of years of usage that I may run out and have to go back and it's a job to delete things to free up space. One thing that would be REALLY nice would be to tag documents or other items with an expiry date which, when that date is reached, could be deleted or zipped up, downloaded to the user's PC and deleted from Project.Co. This would be a game changer for businesses that have to apply GDPR rules.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to organise myself and my businesses. I wanted to use it as a form of tracking system in one place too so the more ways to connect content, programs and information into one central location the better, whether it be via links, copy and paste, or embeds. Currently I'm saving information all over the place and losing it. There are so many tools available half the battle is knowing which one will support my needs in one package. I think Project.Co could be the one.

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

When I became unhappy with Trello's restrictions and dependency on costly plugins for essential features, I started looking for alternative tools.

I tested several tools, but Project.co has been far superior to any standard project management tool I used.

Beautiful features, complex and various permissions, native features, a straightforward user interface, and excellent assistance from the application's owner/creators and the vibrant community.

I fully endorse this tool and urge you to give it a free trial run to see what it provides.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I haven't found anything to dislike about the tool. It's a very well-designed Project Management tool, some features need some tweaking and improvement, and they're doing an excellent job by having an active community that shares their feedback.

Things I slightly disliked will be soon from the past because they're working as we speak to solve those problems, based on their public roadmap.

  ### 49. Better than all the rest, even my good old to-do list

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

Project.co is very flexible. I have tried many different systems for keeping track of my work. Project.co is the first I have actually used. The features where I can create custom fields is one of the reasons I use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

I have convinced clients to use Project.co. I wish it was easier to jump between different accounts. I could also wish that my four favorite buttons on the top of the page.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have stored information about my ongoing work in different locations. And sometimes I have to. In Project.co I can link to different kinds of documents . I use Google Docs a lot and it blends perfectly with Project.co.

  ### 50. Good looking, easy project software

**What do you like best about Project.co?**

The simplicity of the platform is a refreshing change. Hidden beneath that simplicity is a fairly decent suite of tools that work well behind the scenes.

**What do you dislike about Project.co?**

Project.co's roadmap is an active, busy area with lots of community involvement and voting, but few of the most requested features have been acknowledged by the owners, despite being requested on their board since 2019.
The roadmap engagement is proof that Project.co is a good platform, but the lack of response for 3 years for the top voted feature is a red flag for me.

Specifically, I (and many others) am missing recurring payment options for our clients. This is a standard feature for many project management platforms that have billing modules.

**What problems is Project.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project.Co is good for bringing my projects together into a single place, and providing a central point of contact between me and my clients.
