A unique feature which is hard to find with other project management tools is that you can set your own custom domain and also add your own logo to the website and emails. I have tried many other services and we always had trouble integrating new tools into our workflow naturally. PROJECT.CO has been helping us manage a torrent of tasks without things falling through the gap, with auto-reminders and effective meeting notes documentation. On the other hand, I think that PROJECT.CO eliminates many of the cumbersome processes that used to trouble our employees, especially in the area of task management and email workflow. They have even integrated Zoom calls and Figma boards which are really pertinent to our meeting and vetting process with corporate clients. We have also been active in their newly launched Community page, which is helpful to network and share tips with each other. This ties thing together quite nicely because you can always learn something in the online tech/tools world! Matt's customer support has been great whenever we needed it. **What do you dislike about Project.co?** Some tools could be further refined, such as refined analytics at the end of each month to see how each team is performing. The availability of tools and features that Project.co offers is excellent, and new features and tools are added frequently. It's also fairly simple to use and intuitive. I'm also amazed at the response of the support and development team to issues and requests for enhancements -- a big thumbs up in that respect. I'm sure that future upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements will make this a powerhouse product. **What do you dislike about Project.co?** Downsides: 1. Lack of robust templates (there are some starter templates at the moment but I'm sure there will be many more in the future with help from the user base). 2. I have yet to discover all of the benefits of Project.co, but what I have seen so far is excellent. **What do you dislike about Project.co?** I dislike that project.co doesn't have the ability to have an online brochure, intake, and automation capabilities (outside of zapier which drives the cost up). I also love Google Drive but hate the fact it's hard to find the right document for a project. Project.co allows me to embed a Google Drive document. I would like it if a Project could remember my preference.
