This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2026 **What do you like best about Progressus?** I like how easy it is to allocate expenses to projects. **What do you dislike about Progressus?** There is a lack of reporting options, and project codes and other fields are not available on every entry screen. For example, we use intercompany journals in Business Central, but we are currently paying for customizations just to add these fields. There is also a Project Journal option that would only update a project and not the general ledger, but we can’t use it because it doesn’t include all the fields we rely on for tracking within projects. **What problems is Progressus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us track expenses for our grants and the other contracts we manage. Also use for tracking and allocating intercompany staff time. ### 2.
