What I really appreciate about Progress Telerik is how much easier it makes my daily work as a developer. Their tools—especially the UI components—are intuitive and save me a ton of time when building more complex applications. I also like how smoothly everything integrates across different frameworks, which helps me stay focused on the actual development rather than dealing with compatibility issues. The documentation is clear and helpful, and when I’ve had to reach out to their support team, they’ve always been quick and spot-on with their answers. There isn’t much I’d really call a downside with Progress Telerik, but if I had to mention something, it would be the cost—especially for freelancers or small businesses. The tools are excellent, no doubt about it, but the pricing can be a bit of a stretch if you're working with a tighter budget. Also, a few of the more advanced features can take some time to get the hang of, especially if you’re new to the ecosystem.
