The tools are very helpful for quickly getting components added to a page. And most offer a considerate number of features. As well as ample documentation and API information. I shared information and requested support which we pay for. And the response amounted to the agent pasting the results of a Google search as a response. They took no time nor interest in helping my resolve the issue I encountered while using their Blazor template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Progress Telerik solving and how is that benefiting you? The tooling allows to quickly display large data sets in their grid component. Telerik's Support's ticketing process saves the experience with this product from falling off the cliff. You'll get a response within a couple days, less if you submit a ticket after midnight. I've submitted tickets around 1:00 am and received a response the same day (Support is on the other side of the world). The product is stable. I've had few bug reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Progress Telerik? Telerik's documentation library is abysmal. But not because it's lacking content. Rather because it's lacking organization and a competent search engine. It's so bad that I stopped looking for information in it and, instead, just began generating Support tickets. The Support people either know where everything is or they know the answer off the top of their heads. Also, I found myself fighting their technology to get it to work, It can be difficult to work with. I think it lacks a productive degree of intuition which then either steers me to the document library or to Support. In either case, I've burned a lot of time. I need to express complex datasets onscreen. Telerik's suite of controls helps display a lot of information compactly and efficiently.
