**What do you like best about ProEdge?**

Proedge is very innovative application it delivers accurate and reliable results which helps users to get accurate results. The application was very easy of use it is designed for simplicity and user friendllies it optimized for high performance and time savingno everything

**What do you dislike about ProEdge?**

I think the application was bit cost and ongoing maintenance was cost consuming

**What problems is ProEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual schedule of session is very time consuming error leading and conflict but proedge automates the scheduling process ensures the training session are well organized and resources are allocated efficently

While ProEdge is feature-rich, the learning curve can be steep for some team members.
Occational bugs in the software have caused minor disruptions.
The pricing model could be more flexible to accommodate smaller businesses.
The mobile app version needs improvement for coding on the go
Advanced coding features require a higher subscription tier, limiting access.
