The team. They are knowledgeable about the construction industry and it's needs, are easy to communicate with, and very responsive to addressing the needs of their customers. Promises are delivered on, and honesty is provided if requests cannot be met for an extended period of time - we always know where we stand with ProcurePro.
I hope that doesn't sound like I'm not valuing their product ; it too, is awesome - I've implemented 8 various software suites to a business of approx. 120 employees over the last 7 years, and ProcurePro has had the least amount of questions, the least amount of issues, and the highest engagement of the lot.
