It's easy to configure for quizzes in Canvas, and I find that setting up the LTI in Canvas and installing the Chrome extension is quite straightforward. This ease of use is crucial because instructors are less likely to use tools that aren't user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Proctorio?** Lots of problems with students or teachers getting the Chrome extension to work properly. Most don't know where to go for help and ask us for support. Also, the students have found ways to cheat, even though they have a webcam on. Once you get the hang of how to activate it on the course and subsequently on each quiz/exam in Canvas, the rest is really straight forward. Proctorio also offers very helpful onscreen tutorial videos placed exactly where you need them. **What do you dislike about Proctorio?** I wish there were onscreen tutorial videos for the student for when they run into issues. For example, if they land on a quiz using Safari and the quiz is asking for a password, it would be nice if there was a prompt for the student to open the quiz in Chrome. Students can navigate to the proctored exam by clicking the next button in Canvas, making it very easy for those with little technical experience. **What do you dislike about Proctorio?** Students constantly report that they are asked for an access code, even after installing Proctorio and using it in the same class just a few steps prior without the same issue. We then have to reply, "Please ensure you have properly installed Proctorio, then refresh your browser. The access code prompt should disappear; log out and log back in if that does not work." We have to communicate this to students so many times a day. When we refer students to Proctorio support, they report that they did not receive a solution, so we have been forced to complete the student tech support ourselves. There isn't support for mobile devices like tablets or phones. The first time I used it, I was a bit nervous because of the camera on my face, but I felt comfortable once I got used to it. I like that the university trusts this product so I can use it in all my classes. I also like that it allows you to hide your face if you don't want to see it. **What do you dislike about Proctorio?** The only thing I wouldn't say I like is how nervous it makes me as I am able to see my face and see how the camera tracks my screen. The flexibility of the tool, the technical support, and the entire team behind the product are just a few.
