What do you like best about Honorlock?

I like how Honorlock can be utilized for both on ground and online courses every single term; this makes it a very universal tool for any institution. The integration with our educational platform makes it so much easier to use, and implement as a core institutional standard. I love that it fosters an environment to uphold integrity in the classroom, especially with AI cheating becoming a crisis in the classroom. What do you dislike about Honorlock?

"How Great is Honorlock!"

What do you like best about Honorlock?

Honorlock is such an easy tool for faculty to set up and then for students to access. The customization features for faculty allow them to use it in the way that they see fit for the type of exam.

Customer support is easily accessible and they are beyond willing to personalize the support according to the needs of the role of the individual.

We are able to integrate it into Canvas easily and without issues to enhance the frequency of use.

What do you dislike about Honorlock?

What problems is Honorlock solving and how is that benefiting you?

My college needed a solution to stem online cheating and provide academic rigor in both our online and face to face classes. Honorlock, because of its ease of use, was adopted by our college and has been a trusted partner for several years now. We're dedicated to improving our exam security and recently delivered significant enhancements to our ID verification process, incorporating more stringent requirements for assessing critical ID features and name analysis. With respect to your external camera concerns, we recently delivered a new feature that requires an external camera to be placed at a side angle. When this setting is enabled, students must plug in the external camera before they are allowed to launch their exam. The support team is extremely accessible, both to students and administrators. They have great customer service skills and understand what is important to students. Their tech team is very good at working across different testing platforms and working together flexibly to achieve solutions.
