## Prismatic Reviews
  ### 1. Fantastic services and very easy tool to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I like that the product is very easy to use and can build integrations very quickly. The embedded editor to build the integrations is very good and simple. much faster than mulesoft, boomi, informatic.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There's no Multi-factor sign-on for customers. Because of this, it's unlikely i would ever release the editor to customers to utilize.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to integrate our product with any software system that has a web accessible API.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about Prismatic's ease of use! Regarding customers using the designer, we want to note that the designer can be made available to your customers by embedding it directly within your app. Access to the designer would be gated by the same authentication mechanism that your customers currently use to access your application which could include MFA. You can learn more about embedding the designer here: https://prismatic.io/docs/embedded-designer/

  ### 2. Prismatic is a great PARTNER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

We were not looking for just another softerware to build our itegrations with. We needed a partner and Prismatic stepped up. They also made it easy to communicate with Slack and when we needed any updates to function it wasn't an issue.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There isn't anything negative to say about Prismatic. They have been responsive from the very first step of when we asked for a demo, through helping with the first use case.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neededing to connect with multiple tools in the same industry with the ability to have options for swapping them out. With Prismation we developed the flow and simply switched out the differect data components

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Mike, it's awesome to hear you've been able to develop multiple integrations fast. We're thrilled to partner with you!

  ### 3. Secure & Reliable iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Security is vital as an agency that provides integration solutions to credit unions. Prismatic offers Soc 2 Type 2 that would otherwise not be possible for us. The user-level configuration wizard provides agency to our customers and reduces support efforts. The documentation, custom components and technical support also make developing a robust integration product much more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Persisting data during execution and across flows can be challenging in complex integrations with multiple flows that modify that data. Workarounds or external databases are needed to ensure that persisted data is available and accurate for all flows. Workarounds require extra development effort when building integrations that need to process data in place and may be unable to be added to an external database due to security concerns or other customer limitations.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic provides a Soc 2 Type 2 environment to house our integration products. Additionally, the embeddable marketplace and user configuration wizard offers an enhanced user experience that we cannot deliver ourselves.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Justin - I've passed your feedback along to the right people. We're happy to hear you've been able to use the embedded marketplace and config wizard to provide a good integration UX to your customers!

  ### 4. Build a marketplace easily and fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrien M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Ease of use and capabilities.
Also customer support through Slack is very reactive.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Documentation is great but sometimes miss some examples or guidance to achieve basic tasks.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic allow us to implement intgrations easily and reduce the effort of maintainance.
It is also great to let prismatic handle handle the monitoring and update of integrations to third party tools.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Adrien, we're happy to hear Prismatic is reducing your integration effort. Thanks for your feedback on documentation - we're adding some videos focused on basic tasks that I think will help.

  ### 5. Integrations with 3rd parties made easy for our teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelos D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I appreciate the customer support we have received from sales to running in-life with the Prismatic platform. The team has been in hand on Slack which has given us a direct channel to address questions and issues we found.

Developers found it easy to get onboarded to Prismatic using the low code environment as well as embed and integrate with our products and services.

Great peace of engineering, well done to the Prismatic team!

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

When we started working with Prismatic there were a few missing features like the ability to have multiple configurations of an instance per customer, and missing integrations with some providers we needed. However, these were dealt with quickly!

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where our Engineering Team was tied with other internal projects, Prismatic has given us the speed of going to market with solutions that teams out of the engineering team could deliver for our customers.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Angelos, thrilled you've been able to have non-engineering teams working on integrations while keeping engineers on other projects. We love to hear that!

  ### 6. Efficiently expand your SAAS products with a robust integration platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Panagiotis T. | Head of Deployment, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

In our experience, the low code environment of the integration platform has been instrumental in facilitating the efficient construction and maintenance of integrations, requiring minimal technical knowledge. As a result, we have been able to accelerate our product development and introduce new features without being encumbered by concerns about the underlying infrastructure.

Moreover, we are pleased with the responsive communication we have had with the support team, who have provided us with helpful solutions to any issues we have encountered. We have also experienced great success with Prismatic’s roadmap prioritization approach, which has allowed us to tailor the platform to our specific requirements.

Another notable benefit of Prismatic is the high degree of customization available, which has enabled us to create a tailored solution that meets our unique business needs while maintaining our brand identity. Such white-labeled solutions are not commonplace in the market.

Lastly, the expandable offering, powered by Typescript, has significantly eased the development of complex applications and enabled seamless integration with third-party services, including those that are not natively supported or may require customization. This has further enhanced our product capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

One notable limitation of the platform is its monitoring capabilities, which are currently restricted in terms of scalability. Consequently, users may need to leverage Prismatic's integration options with external tools (e.g. Datadog) to compensate for this deficiency.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expansion of our product team's bandwidth by allowing non-developers to develop and deploy integrated applications that connect to 3rd party services quickly and efficiently.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> "Expansion of our product team's bandwidth by allowing non-developers to develop and deploy integrated applications that connect to 3rd party services quickly and efficiently." Awesome! Being able to shift integration workload to non-developers is such a huge win!

  ### 7. Powerful Integration Platform For Automations Of Any Size

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

As someone who used to work in software development, I'm really happy I came across this platform. It's super easy to use, but don't let that fool you—it's also crazy powerful. Once you get the hang of it, you'll feel like there's no problem you can't tackle. Oh, and big shoutout to the Prismatic team—they're awesome! They're always there to listen to suggestions and new ideas, which makes the whole experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Right now, I've got no complaints about Prismatic. Like with anything new, there's a bit of a learning curve, but picking Prismatic for your automations is definitely a choice you'll be happy with!

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic has saved us from the headache of handling customer credentials. And the really cool part? We're stoked to explore how we can use integration templates to make things smoother and even more scalable.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're so happy to hear you're finding Prismatic to be both easy to use and powerful. That's certainly our aim and it's great to hear that feedback. Thanks for leaving a review!

  ### 8. Great tool for integrations and highly customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

How easy it is to get flows going and integrating with multiple tools, the number of different integrations we can have, as well as how easy it is to setup some of the integrations. The support is absolutely great as well.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The documentation on some of components (looking at you "Collections"), is not very clear on the usage.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is a great tool to abstract the complexity of having to deal with multiple integrations. It really makes it a breeze.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Marco, glad to hear Prismatic is making integrations easier for you. And I've passed your note on component docs along to the right place - thanks for your feedback!

  ### 9. Seamless and pluggable solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Setting up prismatic has been quite smooth and the team provides great support when reached out to

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Some components could be improved for paginated response handling

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing product inventory from different sources to one single system

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review - glad to hear things have gone smoothly so far!

  ### 10. Time-consuming integrations made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Before Prismatic, managing integrations was a bottleneck, consuming excessive engineering time and hindering our product roadmap. Now, not only have we slashed integration delivery times, but we've also enhanced our customer experience. Our non-dev teams are now empowered to tackle most integration tasks, freeing up our engineers. For niche integrations, the platform's custom components and seamless fit with our existing dev tools have been game-changers. Truly a dev-friendly platform, Prismatic has revolutionized our integration process!

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

While Prismatic has been instrumental for our integration needs, we would appreciate more in-depth tutorials for some of the advanced features. This would further streamline the learning curve for our newer team members.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing integrations was a bottleneck, consuming excessive engineering time and hindering our product roadmap. We reduced integration delivery times and enhanced our customer experience.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> "Now, not only have we slashed integration delivery times, but we've also enhanced our customer experience." <- Love to hear it. And thank you for your feedback on tutorials - be sure to let our customer success team know of any ones in particular that you would find helpful!

  ### 11. It's been quite smooth ride.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Capital Markets | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Good documentation and helpful customer service.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Haven't really got into downsides quite yet.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is making it a lot easier to approach integration points of multiple third-party services.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review!

  ### 12. Prismatic Integration Platform - Simplify Your Workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

This platform has made managing my workflow a piece of cake. The best thing about Prismatic is how it seamlessly connects everything. Whether it's apps, data sources, or APIs, Prismatic makes it super easy to automate and streamline complex tasks. Even if you're not a tech wizard, you can easily create and manage integrations with its user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

It would be fantastic if Prismatic offered more straightforward and transparent pricing options, making it easier for users to determine the most suitable plan for their needs without confusion.

However, it's important to note that this minor inconvenience is outweighed by the overall value and benefits of Prismatic. Its powerful integration capabilities and user-friendly interface make it a remarkable tool for optimizing workflows. While the pricing structure could be improved, Prismatic still delivers significant value in streamlining processes and increasing productivity.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic Integration Platform is solving a range of problems related to workflow management and integration. By offering seamless connectivity between various applications, data sources, and APIs, Prismatic simplifies and automates complex tasks. This eliminates the need for manual and repetitive work, saving considerable time and effort.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We appreciate your review and your feedback, Felipe!

  ### 13. Loving it so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I was able to write specific code that enhances flexibility and customization in our integrations, for example, utilizing the custom components and code blocks. I don't feel stuck or limited by built-in functions/components.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The UI schemas for data source files could offer better UI features, but I know that Prismatic is currently working on this, which is exciting!

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the UI of the integrations. The beta version allows for zooming in and out among other things. It makes it a lot easier to see all the components in the work flow as one big picture instead of having to scroll up/down/sideways to see components.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your review - and thrilled to hear you're liking the updates that are in beta right now! (I think they're fantastic!)

  ### 14. Intuitive tool for building and managing integrations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The production monitoring and logging are generally very useful.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

When running test executions, the time it takes for logs to appear on failed runs is a bit slow.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is a key piece of our customer onboarding process, allowing us to efficiently setup integration instances and move procurement/supply chain data into our system.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your feedback. It's really exciting to hear that Prismatic is helping you with efficient onboarding! It's so great to be able to just configure a new instance of an integration instead of having to build from scratch.

  ### 15. Prismatic has significantly accelerated and simplified the delivery of integrations to our users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petr M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

By embedding Prismatic into our service, we have accelerated the delivery of integrations to our users while providing them with a powerful and easy-to-use integration platform.
What we would like to highlight is the great support that allowed us to integrate the platform quickly.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

No support for multilingual interface in embedded components.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast delivery of reliable integration to customers

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Petr, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback - I've passed it on to the right people. We're thrilled to hear that you've been able to onboard with Prismatic quickly and are delivering customer integrations faster!

  ### 16. Best Integration Platform for traditional and no-code developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalo A. | Automation Expert, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The platform is solid and brings together the best of traditional and no-code development. The prismatic Customer and Suppor team are awesome. They help us along our journey of migration all our integrations from another platform.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Prismatic has extensive written documentation, but a short video explaining the key features of the platform will be helpful

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is the platform we choose to build and deploy custom integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Gonzalo, thanks for your review and your feedback about adding video to documentation - I've passed it along to the right place!

  ### 17. Prismatic doesn't limit you to drag and drop components

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor D. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

My primary concern with embedded integrations platforms is the ceiling imposed by the solution. How complex of an integration will my team be able to create? We chose Prismatic because it allows you to integrate custom JavaScript code into an integration so easily. If the drag and drop components don't provide just what we need you just drop a code block into the flow. You don't have to leave the editing environment which speeds up writing and testing considerably.

The Prismatic architecture also supports proper integrations with chat bots such as Microsoft Teams and Slack. Apps distributed through the Microsoft Teams or Slack stores require that the chat bot send requests to a single URL. Prismatic has the ability to handle those requests and then route each one to the the Prismatic instance that has been set up for the customer making the request.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The drag and drop UI isn't quite as polished as other solutions we looked at. Also, debugging integrations for chat bots that send all requests to a single URL slows down development a bit.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have started building integrations between our SaaS product and 3rd parties using Prismatic. Prismatic allows us to move much faster and create intergations that would not have otherwise been feasible.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Trevor, thanks for your review. We 100% agree that enabling even the most complex integrations is a critical factor when choosing an embedded integration platform! Glad to hear that the ability to drop in code blocks is helping you handle complexity and develop & iterate quickly.

  ### 18. Great Product to Enable Development Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic is layered so you can interact at the level you need. That could be using the pre built components or accessing the underlying code to always be able to achieve what you need without the integration platform getting in the way which happens with others.

The Embedded components are fantastic and make providing Integrations as a SaaS business super easy. The quality of the connectors is also high ensuring that if you need to use an Adapter it will actually do what you want and not just sync an email address.

The thought given to integrating Prismatic with existing developer tools and processes allows for rapid adoption by software teams and being able to ship changes fast.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I find the number of connectors is limited compared to some other providers. The inability to revert to a previous integration version in the UI can also be a little frustrating at times.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic allows us to offer integrations to our customers without the overhead of supporting all of the third party adapters needed to work with their systems.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks Aaron; we appreciate your feedback and I've passed it along to the right people! I love this: "always be able to achieve what you need without the integration platform getting in the way" - that's all too common in other integration platforms, and we work at every turn to make sure you can build any integration you need without having to work *around* the platform. We're so happy you're finding that to be true!

  ### 19. Seamless IPaaS Solution: Intuitive, Supported, Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julius C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic.io's embedded IPaaS impressed me from the start. Its intuitive design made learning a breeze, even with no prior IPaaS experience. Documentation is comprehensive, and whenever I hit a snag, their support team swiftly provided solutions. This platform delivers on its promise of efficiency and top-notch support. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

As of now, I don't have any. Really great software!

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic addresses the challenge of managing multiple integrations. Building a system capable of handling various integrations can be time-consuming. However, Prismatic simplifies this process by offering a comprehensive integration solution. Integrating with Prismatic has notably expedited our development, allowing us to focus on innovation rather than grappling with intricate integration complexities

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for leaving a review, Julius! We're thrilled to hear Prismatic is speeding up your development!

  ### 20. Solid platform with handful features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic is flexible and quite intuitive to use. As you create your integration you chan use variety of components offered by the platform or you can create and deploy custom components, which makes the platform even more interesting. Product support is open and always ready to help or answer any questions in timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

As for now I do not have any points to complain about.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows building and hosting integrations. Thanks to custom component support it is possible to build integration with pretty much any platform/system.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're so happy to hear that the combo of standard and custom components is giving you the flexibility you need! So important in the world of integrations.

  ### 21. Incredibly valuable tech, even better support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Fully unleash the power of APIs across an ever-expanding assortment of other platforms, or interernally within our own!

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Some quirky UI things (links between steps, version control)

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are automating the movement of data on our own platform, removing clicks for our end users and making workflows more reliable.

We are integrating our platform with others to automate the manualy entry of redundant data.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you so much for your review and feedback, Gregory!

  ### 22. Prismatic is a great system and a great partner to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The solution is modern, simple to use and well thought through. Their team have been phenomenal in terms of their support. In the short time that we have been using it we have seen countless improvements as well as new connectors that open up new opportunities for us. Their simple, per customer cost structure also make it really easy to work with them.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

We have not found anything we dislike. Prismatic, like most embedded systems, has a learning curve, but once you understand the basics it is a very powerful tool. With the power comes some responsibility and there is a need to design and manage your workflows, versions and connections well, especially when it is being rolled out at scale.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our integrations require a lot of engineering time and effort to develop and maintain. Prismatic empowers our customer facing teams to take on more of the integration workload. It provides visibility, to allow our support team and solution consultants to also help support and maintain integrations. It also expands our application's connection capabilities by providing an abstraction layer to a growing list of connectors that is being extended and maintained by Prismatic.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're thrilled to hear your customer-facing teams have been able to take on more of the integration workload - that's a win for everyone. Thanks for your review!

  ### 23. Use Prismatic to define and deploy customer specific data integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

We really like that it is a non-coder-friendly wrapper around a cloud-function environment. This lets non-coders design integrations and schedule them to run when needed. It also provides the necessary complexity when required. Our team contemplated building it ourselves but it fell outside of our strategic scope as a company. The total offering is super, and great customer service too.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

We have been able to solve most of our problems, but some scenarios demand too many no-code blocks compared to what we expected. However, this is not a blocker and something we expect will improve going forward.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a scaling problem internally pertaining to customer-specific data integrations. We wanted to empower our customer support, customer success staff, and data engineers to independently design, manage and deploy data integrations for our customers. This is something we would previously build custom adapters and connectors for, which turned out to be complex and risky to maintain.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your feedback - I've passed it along. We're so happy to hear you've been able to shift customer integration work to your customer-facing teams!

  ### 24. Excellent Functionality and Customer Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manav S. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Building integrations with Prismatic in their low code environment is significantly easier than programming integrations from scratch leading to a significant drop in the time needed to create them and market them to our customer base. Not only this, the Prismatic team has been incredibly helpful in answering questions quickly, fixing minor bugs, and helping prioritize their roadmap for our needs. The tool is also available on Gov Cloud, making it perfect for our government customers.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Keep in mind that although Prismatic's low code environment makes it simpler to build integrations, you will need to thoroughly understand the API of the platforms you build integrations for to make a successful integration. Integrations will still require this understanding until platforms continue improving and simplifying their APIs.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic allows teams to build standards for quality and reliable integrations at a fraction of the time and skills invested and provides a marketplace where customers can deploy the integrations without our intervention. Prismatic also has testing built into the software and offloads the listening of transactions to a service so we avoid having to build the high-volume infrastructure.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Manav, glad to hear Prismatic is helping you launch integrations faster and let customers self-deploy -- saving time and providing a better customer integration experience is what we're all about! Thank you for your review.

  ### 25. Complete and very well planned platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rennan E. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The main point of this platform that catches my attention is the amount of things we can do on it and organize it in a very effective way.

In terms of building the integrations, it is also very intuitive and very well planned so that you can do both the simplest and complex integrations.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

On the platform we still don't have many Modules built, which for some specific integrations we need to do several other negotiations to be able to carry out the integration, but nothing that time can't solve.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build integrations and also organize them, for example:

There I can create several instances of an integration, that is, the same integration can be used for different clients by changing only the parameters.
I can also define who can have access to each thing and what that person can do in the integration.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Rennan! We work really hard to enable building an integration once and deploying it to many customers with their own configs. I'm thrilled to hear that's working so well for you.

  ### 26. Solid integrations platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Over the past 8 years we have tried various approaches to solve our integration challenges ranging from custom built ETLs, building connectors, Dell Boomi, a V2 of our connectors and finally, developing our own high code integrations solution. The latter did resolve a large portion of our integration use cases for many customers. Still, as we are growing business, we realised we must also support a low code integrations option for common use cases across our customer base.

We assessed several other solutions and Prismatic was our final choice. Our experience so far has been positive. We've successfully wrapped an intuitive UI and suite of reusable actions around our API. While we've had a few challenges, we've found solutions that work, so the tool has not limited what we want to achieve.

Setting up the integrations marketplace and the embedded UI is a straightforward process. There is a simple Theme customisation which has allowed us to blend the UI reasonably well with our Product but could be more flexible.

The Prismatic team have also been great to deal with, responding quickly to our queries and providing technical guidance on overcoming some of our challenges.

They also seem to have a good roadmap. We've only been using Prismatic for the last six months but found that nearly all the recent features/updates have added value. We have adopted most of them within the integrations we've been building, which has been an easy process due to the supporting documentation.

You still need to invest in the development of your integrations and there is a learning curve for your development team.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I would like to see more Components out of the box, but I imagine that will come with time.

Would like to see support for longer execution run times. Although we did find a solution, I think it should be configurable to support large data synchronisations.

Would like to see more flexibility in creating complex field mappings; for example, multi-select to multi-select, where users can configure values X.Y.Z to map to value A.

Field mappings should natively support the ability to set default values; for example, a field in one application is mandatory, but there are no corresponding fields to map to in the other application or a default value to use when no matching values are found in the mapped field.

We found solutions for all of the above, highlighting the tool's flexibility. Overall, a solid Integrations platform heading in the right direction.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster development of an integrations marketplace to support common use cases across our customer base.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback - these reviews are so helpful for other SaaS companies looking for a similar solution. Happy to hear you're taking quick advantage of new features and updates - we'll keep them coming!

  ### 27. Pretty good but not enought clear and simple to use, especially on back-end

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanislav D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

* Huge amount of different integrations
* Quick support help and update the components if needed
* Good docs
* Ability to write custom code

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

* Difficult understanding of the whole system
* Some components is present, but don't work
* Lack of useful information in docs. Something is written but probably it is clear only for Prismatic developers
* No concreate video examples in the Internet

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect to 3d party services from our app

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Stanislav - we always appreciate feedback and I've passed yours along to the right people. Happy to hear Prismatic's helping you connect to other services!

  ### 28. A very valuable platform with simplicity and mature features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | Director of Products, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The same SDK used by Prismatic is the SDK available to clients like us. We have full flexibility about how we manage and build our connectors.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

No trouble yet. I think its a well designed mature connection.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us infrastructure to offer connectors to several platforms.

  ### 29. The Swiss Army Knife of Integration Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate V. | Integration Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic makes connecting different platforms a breeze. You get the power of native integrations with the convenience of pre-built components that work right out of the box. If you have a standardized task -- send a Slack message, fetch some data at a specific interval, save a document to Dropbox -- all you need to do is plug in some basic info into a pre-existing component. When you need something more customized, you can write code directly in the browser or develop custom components in your favorite IDE. All of this together makes for a quick development process. Rather than writing hundreds of lines of boilerplate code just to send a "Hello World" message, you can put together a flow in Prismatic in a few minutes, and it just works! Even better, Prismatic is constantly growing and improving. It feels like every time I want a new feature the team already has it on their to-do list. They're super responsive and are always looking for -- and acting on -- feedback. I could still do my job without Prismatic, but why would I want to?

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Testing and logging can be a mixed bag. Prismatic has an excellent built-in testing system that allows you to configure a "test instance" that you can run tests with. In general, this makes testing quick and easy. However, there are certain scenarios where the test instance doesn't work, such as integrations that use a shared endpoint across all instances. Further, the ability to write automated tests at a flow-level would be a game-changer. You can already write automated tests for individual custom components, but testing whole flows automatically whenever you update an integration would make the development experience even more pleasant.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our users often want to pull data from and push data to multiple other platforms. Writing integration code by hand comes with a lot of downsides, not least of which is that it can be hard to onboard a new engineer. Prismatic makes it incredibly easy to build integrations because it uses standardized components that can be used across multiple integrations. A newer engineer doesn't need to learn multiple code bases to squash bugs and add new features -- they can work with the same components they're already familiar with.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Nate - happy to hear you're having a good experience with Prismatic and writing less boilerplate code. And thanks for your feedback - I'll pass it along to the right people!

  ### 30. Very Powerful and Easy To Use Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerome J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic is very easy to get up and running quickly, in part due to its very smooth and intuitive UI, and also because it is extremely well documented. It is a very nice developer experience.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There can be times when editing workflows using drag and drop where the UI doesn't quite catch up until a manual page refresh is triggered.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic allows our team to quickly prototype and implement integration workflows. This greatly benefits my team both because it saves us development time, and also allows us to maintain a separation of concerns, helping us to componentize our integrations more easily.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Jerome. I've passed your note on workflow editing along to the right people. Thrilled to hear Prismatic is saving you dev time on integrations!

  ### 31. Secure and flexible iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sevan D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The technology, the support. Convinced it will enhance our integration strategy

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The learning curve is longer than other technologies

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations implementation speed.
KPIs monitoring.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you so much for your review, Sevan. We're happy to be working with you and your team!

  ### 32. Robust, resilient, and flexible integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali K. | Senior software engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic can be a game changer when you are dealing with connecting pieces together.
With a vast range of built-in components and easy-to-use UI, you can create a lot of powerful integrations smoothly in a short period.
In addition, the option of custom components lets you move to the next level of integration. With custom components, the only boundary you might face for integration is the boundary of your imagination.
Also, I should mention the support that we have received has been fantastic and in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I wish Prismatic support event based integration approach as a genuine and built-in feature by providing different needed building blocks for this approach.
And I think, Prismatic can open source its built-in components source code, I believe with an open source built-components, all customer are able to contribute and are able to enhance components.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building a lot of our application level integrations with Prismatic. It helps us to build robust and resilient integrations effortlessly.
Prismatic provides a flexible and easy-to-use runtime for designing, deploying and maintaining our integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Ali, thrilled to hear Prismatic is saving you time and effort! And thanks for your feedback on the way we do event-driven integrations - I'll make sure it gets to the right place.

  ### 33. An accessible solution with lighting fast speed to value.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

They really are a goldie locks solution. They are an accessible platform while at the same time robust enough as a product and company we're confident they can meet our needs now and in the future. The organization is laser-focused on the customer and our success.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

They don't have all the connectors we may need in the future. The missing connectors are non-core for us so we're willing to continue to build with Prismatic.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic took something that previously took us months to build and turned it into a matter of days. We attempted to build connectors ourselves, and it took months to build just one, and we still needed to maintain it and then build front-end components. It was a complete hassle. An embedded connector library is core to our business and technology so the fact that we can now build scores of connectors leveraging the lite work already done will end up saving us years of development time. Not an exaggeration since we plan to implement 40-50 connectors.

It was super important to us to provide a truly whitelabel experience to our users which they deliver on nicely. The connector library fits in our product seamlessly and is a natural extension of our application.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> "Will end up saving us years of development time" - love to hear it; that's what we aim for! We're growing our connector library all the time and will continue to do so.

  ### 34. Good developer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago G. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

It's a complete tool, even if you're a software developer. The documentation is clear, and there are multiple ways to query the data, like GraphQL, CLI and UI. It's straightforward to create a new integration with built-in and custom components and spin up individual instances to make it alive. We don't need to care much about how it works; it will just work. The support is almost real-time and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Even though the documentation is good, I think there is still space for improvement, which is not a big deal because the support is always available to help us with the best way to accomplish anything.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to scale up our platform on demand. We don't need to increase resources or refactor software to make it run with more and more customers. It's only about spinning up a new instance, and voilà.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thiago, thanks for your review! Love that you commented about being able to being able to interact with the platform via API/CLI/UI - we really strive to create a great developer experience around every corner and feel this is an important part!

  ### 35. Powerful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic makes deploying and versioning integrations easy. The customer portal where customers can manage their own configuration is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Some of the pre-built components are a bit limiting, but you can always write custom javascript with the code component to compensate for that.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing integrations across our customer base

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review. Love to hear you're using the marketplace to have customers to their own configuration - such a time saver!

  ### 36. I love it so far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I really like the support from the prismatic team. When we can't find the integration our system needs, their team readily offers to put the integration we don't have on their development roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I haven't seen a defect yet.......................

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a lot of integrations with different systems. Studying all the partners we would integrate with would be very costly in terms of employee hours

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Samuel! Happy to hear you're saving time learning the ins and outs of each integration partenr!

  ### 37. Just Amazing, Turn Key is now reality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I am amazed to see the simplicity of this platform, where you can integrate with various systems and sync your data with low code or no code. Prismatic provides many components you can use from day one and add your custom components. Monitoring and logging is part of DNA in Prismatic, which makes business user's life easy. This platform's learning curve is minimal; my team learned and started building on Prismatic within a week. The Prismatic team is super helpful, we ask many questions on the Slack channel, and they respond instantly.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Overall I am thrilled with the platform, and there is nothing which I dislike. My only suggestion for the future is that the minimum response time should come down to milliseconds so it can also be used for front-end integration.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves turn-key theory in reality. Reducing development time is also the most significant advantage, and we don't need to worry about owning managed hosting, or the public cloud is key to our business.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks so much for leaving a review. It's great to hear you're finding it quick to learn and simple to use.

  ### 38. Intuitive to use and quick to implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The documentation is easy to understand and follow. The customer support has been superb and always helps us resolve our issues.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Sometimes the application UI is a little slow as you click around. Some of the APIs we use weren't implemented as standard component functions. There's a limit on how long processes can run which makes large data processes tricky.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic made implementing an embedded integration marketplace accessible for us. We can focus on what our integration solves for our customers instead of our own infrastructure.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Matt, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I've passed your feedback on to our product team. Glad to hear you're able to focus on adding value with your integrations rather than things like infra - that's exactly what we aim to do!

  ### 39. Very responsive team developing insightful and easy to use iPaas solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The team is very responsive. Integrations are very easy to set up and configure. The embedded designer has helped our customer design their own integrations!

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

A little difficult to onboard to at first.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides our iPaas service to our software. It has allowed us to hit the market quickly as it pertains to integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Hi Jackson, we appreciate your review. Be sure to let our success team know if you have any specific feedback/suggestions on onboarding.

  ### 40. Great for B2B Integrations and Developer friendly platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Volodymyr D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic allows us come with an integrations protypes faster, quickly iterrate and save workflows to use in production. Great platform for custom solutions and quick changes in Web UI.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

At the times of the rollout of latest UI changes it tooks some time get accustomed to saved/non-saved changes to the flows but it went away with time and now works great.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic lets us run integrations with out platform with minimum changes to existing infrastructure and lets us to come up with prototypes and experiments faster.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Volodymyr. I'm happy to hear you're able to prototype and iterate faster - that can otherwise be a big slowdown in getting an integration from idea to completion. Happy integrating!

  ### 41. Fast integrations for SaaS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

* Quickly integrate new integrations to our SaaS
* Wide variety of pre-built components to develop faster
* Good Developer Experience (DX) and User Experience (UX)
* Built-in monitoring, logs and audit tools
* Fast and helpful responses from the Prismatic team

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

* Some limitations in the mapping process between 2 software
* DX issues when making loops/paging
* Not fully translated end-to-end
* Ran into a few issues while creating a custom component BUT support from the Prismatic resolved all of them

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster time-to-market on new integrations. Quickly build proof-of-concept between 2 or more software. Reduce the need to use Zapier with our clients, reducing friction and hidden costs.

  ### 42. Rock solid embedded integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

We switched our integrations over to Prismatic after having reliability issues with the other platforms that we used in the past (IFTTT, Zapier). We find Prismatic to be rock solid in terms of reliability, and their team has been incredibly helpful. We also like that we can setup our own integrations that tie into their existing library of integrations.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Prismatic's integration designer could be a bit more user-friendly, but I understand they are working on making a new and improved version this quarter.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business ingests data from disparate sources and converts it to a standardized format. Prismatic reduces our workload by reducing the amount of integrations we need to write.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review and feedback. We work with a lot of teams who've outgrown workflow automation platforms IFTTT / Zapier - great to hear Prismatic is meeting your needs!

  ### 43. Turn Key Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic as a company has been so wonderful to work with. They actually work *with* us on building our solutions. They listen to what we need and they make adjustments. Fast.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

It would be great if their architecture handled front end integrations better. Right now it's too slow to support.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to market turn key integrations for our customers, which is huge. Previously we offered pre-built code projects which required customers to stand up their own infrastructure and have a dev team to implement. The integrations we build with Prismatic mean customers can now get these third party apps up and running in seconds with a few configuration steps. It's a game changer in the market. Business users see tiles available in an embedded marketplace and their eyes light up. They can save money on implementations, and agency teams love it too because they can spend more time on parts of the project that have a higher reward.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> It's great to hear Prismatic is making integrations less work and less expensive for your users. Also, we're releasing some updates soon that should really help with the slowness you mentioned. Thanks for your review!

  ### 44. World class service and documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | VP Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Pristmatic has been top notch from my first interaction. They were quick to answer my initial inquiry, set up a bespoke demo specific to our use case and were flexible to meet our schedule. While some competitors were slow to respond to mails, I was on the phone with a top executive from Prismatic within a couple days talking about the embedded iPaas solution that they offered and determining whether it met our needs (spoiler alert: it did). Procurement was a breeze, and their devrel team has been active in responding to our questions and proactively asking us if we need anything additional to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Nothing so far. In the few areas where we weren't quite sure how to proceed, the team has been speedy to answer any questions that we have had to this point. Very reassuring.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need the ability to connect our customers point of sale systems to our software. We considered the possibility of building bespoke integrations for each point of sale system, but this was not cost effective or fast enough for the phase we are in as a company. We asked Prismatic if they could serve our use case, and their embedded iPaas solution is perfect for what we need.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you sharing your review, Chris! Awesome that the platform is meeting your needs so well.

  ### 45. Powerful and Easy to use for Saas Integrations, Amazing Documentation and Dev Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atharv S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

It is effortless to use and yet immensely powerful. Creating new workflows and integrations and embedding their existing components into my projects was a breeze. They have many functionality-based connectors, making our work easier when handling more complex data objects. Creating custom components was a breeze, thanks to their detailed documentation.
But for me, the best was the quick support I got whenever I was stuck.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I did not find any significant issues with Prismatic. Whatever hiccups I faced, their team helped me with a suitable solution quickly.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating integrations has become very simple, saving us a lot of time.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're relentlessly focused on making the platform both powerful and easy to use, so great to hear that that's been your experience! Thanks for your review, Arthav.

  ### 46. Connecting all the dots between platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

It makes any SaaS product a platform as a service and opens our product to infinite possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Still maturing, and not every connector has become a component.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic creates automation in our platform by connecting API's. For example, this tool can automate notifications, default values on a form, and is our cause-and-effect engine.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We love hearing use cases like this! Thank you for leaving a review.

  ### 47. Great Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It's made it easier for us to build integrations that can be used by our internal customers. Has a wide variety of components/actions to use in your integrations and even lets you create your own.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Sometimes, there are updates to the UI that are unexpected.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building integrations have become easier to handle.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for leaving a review. Glad to hear you're making use of the custom connector capability - makes the platform so existensible!

  ### 48. Prismatic as a integration platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I've used Prismatic to implement data integrations to other platforms. This has made it possible to integrate with external platforms without significant developer help. The developer relation/support has been amazing despite the time difference.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

As a developer, I would love more insight into the platform code to debug issues.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Glad to hear you're using Prismatic to integrate with minimal dev involvement. And thanks for the kind words about our dev rel / support experience! That's important to us and we're always happy to hear when we're doing well.

  ### 49. Great platform, great partner

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Ease and breadth of integrations and great team to work with.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

All around a great partner, no complaints.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic acts as a great integration tool between our various products and other digital commerce components, decreasing integration efforts.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're so happy to hear you've been able to reduce integration efforts with Prismatic. Thank you for your partnership!

- Flexible model with a robust versioning system
- Good testing tools
- Extremely strong customer support
- Facilitates quick iteration cycles
- Very developer friendly

Ultimately, Prismatic doesn't pretend that integrations are easy like many other products do -- the reality is that nothing can fully protect you against the complexity that clients will ask for -- but Prismatic is flexible enough that you can work within the chaos without any unnecessary pain. And on top of that it has dev-friendly tools to integrate into your existing development process rather than sitting on the side. Their product provides an extremely strong starting position to build an integration strategy around -- as a small SaaS company with limited resources they were the obvious choice.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Overall, no major issues so far -- only minor ones:

- Their Terraform provider isn't currently working (I understand this is a side effect of moving quickly)
- Occasional hiccups with the web interface hanging (seems to resolve pretty quickly)

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Strong base to form a company-wide integration strategy around
- Provides confidence in being able to scale, both in terms of load and complexity
- Saves us from having to manage the infrastructure/technical side of building out lots of integrations -- can focus on the integrations themselves
- Can develop complex integrations relatively quickly
- Proving to clients that we can integrate with their systems
