It’s a sleek and powerful tool for visual collaboration—perfect for big presentations, executive meetings, and team whiteboarding across locations. That said, from an IT support perspective, it’s not essential unless your company really depends on live collaboration between offices and has the budget for the specialized hardware it requires.
