"I’ve tried so many browsers over the years, but Prisma Browser is by far the best browser I’ve had."
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

Security and privacy are also top-notch, which gives me peace of mind. Honestly, I didn’t expect to switch browsers anytime soon, but Prisma has completely won me over. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants speed, simplicity, and reliability in one package Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

Strict Security Controls Can Be Overly Restrictive

Features like blocking copy/paste, limiting file downloads, or disabling certain browser components (like WebGL or WebAssembly) can interfere with normal workflows. These can slow down productivity, especially when people need flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prisma Access: A One-Stop Solution for Zero Trust Network Access"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

ZTNA, one of many features of Prisma Access, ensures that access is granted based on user identity, device posture, and context-all in a way that reduces attack surfaces while improving security across the board. Prisma Access is also a one-stop shop for the security of distributed networks, with robust security features such as FW-as-a-service, data loss prevention, and advanced threat protection. It can scale from small teams to large, multinational organizations. Both on-premises and remote users can be easily accommodated without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

It requires thorough setup and maintenance, and certainly not all organizations are comfortable with this, especially those that do not have a dedicated security team. Speaking of integrations, legacy systems pose a steep learning curve. While Prisma Access boasts fantastic feature sets, it remains very expensive compared to other services. Also, the analytics and reporting that the platform provides should be more detailed and intuitive because sometimes the dashboard is too jumbled or not as intuitive for some users.
