"Seamless Security with Familiar Browsing Experience"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

I like that users still feel like they’re using a normal browser, while we keep the risky part on the back end. I can set rules for which sites are allowed, how files are downloaded, and what people can copy or upload, all from one console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

The first few weeks required some tuning. A couple of internal web apps didn’t work as expected until we adjusted policies, and some heavy web tools can feel a bit slower because they run through the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Security Integration at Lower Costs"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

I appreciate the Prisma Access Browser for its usability and modern design, which is both aesthetically pleasing and highly performant. The integration of security seamlessly into the browser is another highlight, as it simplifies our company's policy management by embedding it within the browser itself. This is particularly beneficial when working with contractors, allowing for consistent policy enforcement without the need to apply policies to personal computers. Furthermore, the Prisma Access Browser provides a cost-effective, single-solution for both browser security and management, eliminating the need for multiple apps or services. The transition from Chrome was straightforward due to its Chrome-based foundation, making it an intuitive choice for our team. Additionally, the setup process was straightforward, which enhanced our overall experience with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

I think the browser’s performance under heavy load can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prisma Access: A One-Stop Solution for Zero Trust Network Access"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

ZTNA, one of many features of Prisma Access, ensures that access is granted based on user identity, device posture, and context-all in a way that reduces attack surfaces while improving security across the board. Prisma Access is also a one-stop shop for the security of distributed networks, with robust security features such as FW-as-a-service, data loss prevention, and advanced threat protection. It can scale from small teams to large, multinational organizations. Both on-premises and remote users can be easily accommodated without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

It requires thorough setup and maintenance, and certainly not all organizations are comfortable with this, especially those that do not have a dedicated security team. Speaking of integrations, legacy systems pose a steep learning curve. While Prisma Access boasts fantastic feature sets, it remains very expensive compared to other services. Also, the analytics and reporting that the platform provides should be more detailed and intuitive because sometimes the dashboard is too jumbled or not as intuitive for some users. "Prisma Access Browser: A Security Revolution for Crypto Apps"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

I greatly appreciate the Prisma Access Browser for its ability to help me trust the software I use. Since I've been using it, I haven't been scammed in crypto apps, which is a huge relief. The web isolation technology, also known as browser isolation technology, is truly powerful. It prevents malicious code from ever reaching my phone or laptop, and prevents scam websites from installing anything harmful. Thanks to this browser, fake crypto dApps cannot inject harmful scripts. I also value how it blocks fake wallet extensions, forced downloads, and unauthorized pop-ups requesting wallet access. This browser ensures a level of security that keeps these threats at bay. It's extremely effective and instills confidence in my online activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Security for Remote Workforces"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

Deploying was fast and most users didn’t need training. I can push policies from one place, isolate risky sites in the cloud, and stop dangerous downloads before they hit our endpoints. That cut down routine security tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

Tuning policies for legacy apps took a few weeks. Cloud rendering can slow heavy web apps for some users, and a couple of file workflows needed manual exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Control and Seamless User Experience"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

I can control downloads, uploads, and copy-paste from one place, and policies follow users through our login system. It works well without adding another agent to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

The trade off is that you have to spend some time tuning policies for niche or older web apps. A few internal tools didn’t behave well until we added specific exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Security and Seamless Integration, but Setup Can Be Complex"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

Prisma Access Browser provides a secure, cloud-delivered browsing experience that helps maintain zero-trust access for remote users. I like how it isolates browsing sessions to protect endpoints from malicious content and data loss. The integration with other Palo Alto tools like Cortex and Panorama also makes management seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

While Prisma Access Browser provides excellent security, the initial configuration and policy setup can be a bit complex. It requires familiarity with the Palo Alto ecosystem to fine-tune policies effectively. A more intuitive setup wizard or better documentation would make onboarding smoother. "Great Security and Control"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

It keeps web sessions in the cloud, so no threats reach user devices. I like how easy it is to set rules for downloads, uploads, and clipboard use from one console. It also connects smoothly with our identity system, so we can apply different access levels for staff and contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

Setup takes time because the default rules are strict. Some apps run a bit slower with cloud rendering, and a few teams needed extra whitelists to work normally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, reliable, and easy-to-use access solution"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

Prisma Access Browser provides a very secure and seamless way to access corporate resources without exposing sensitive information. I appreciate how easy it is to implement and integrate with existing security infrastructure. The performance is stable, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users. The cloud-based nature of the solution allows secure access from anywhere, which is essential for remote and hybrid work environments. Additionally, the customer support is responsive and very knowledgeable, helping to resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

While Prisma Access Browser is a powerful tool, the initial learning curve for administrators can be a bit steep, especially when configuring advanced policies. Some minor performance delays can occur when dealing with high traffic loads, though they are not frequent. The documentation could also be more detailed in certain areas, particularly regarding complex integrations. Finally, the pricing may be slightly high for smaller organizations, though it matches the value provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable browser for Zero Trust environments"
What do you like best about Prisma Access Browser?

Secure workspace for unmanaged devices. Sessions are isolated and cloud rendered, so malicious content never touches the endpoint. Strong isolation and containment. Any risky session stays sandboxed, minimizing lateral movement and data exposure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Access Browser?

File handling policies need fine tuning for certain teams, which added minor support work early on. The default security settings are strict, so policy tuning takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
