What do you like best about Print WorkTraq?

I mostly use it to check on orders. When a customer calls asking about a job, I can pull up the order and check the status and due date while I’m talking to them. I might still need to confirm something with production, but I have the basic information in front of me. That’s the part I find most useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Print WorkTraq?

It took me a little longer than expected to get familiar with the system. Once I got used to my usual tasks, it was fine, but the first few days involved quite a few questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
