
It is easy to install the module on the Prestashop store. The customization option is very impressive and user-friendly. The module helps me to provide seamless customer support and a positive reputation. As a customer, i feel comfortable while raising the tickets. the acknowledgment experience is also good, which is the key element of any tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool sometimes becomes unresponsive, and Agent has to log in again. There are time-out issues in between.
Secondly, I did not get proper vendor support many times during working hours.
