**What do you like best about Sapia.ai?**

I feel like it's taking away our jobs, which is something I really don't like about Sapia.

**What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?**

sapia doesn't take into consideration dyslexia, and marks candidates down for this, even if their answers are detailed.  also, it doesn't take into consideration people who have different abilities and need to view the screen a different way.  also, sapia will say an answer is ai when it is clearly not ai, for example a detailed answer rather than a vague answer is obviously not ai.

**What problems is Sapia.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sapia does not seem to consider the needs of candidates with dyslexia, and it penalises them even when their responses are thorough. Additionally, the platform does not accommodate individuals who require alternative ways to view the screen due to different abilities. Another issue is that Sapia sometimes labels an answer as AI-generated when it is clearly not; for instance, a detailed response is often mistaken for AI, even though it is obviously not the case.

Our platform is specifically designed to support neurodiverse candidates. The chat interview has no time limits, uses free-text responses rather than multiple choice, and is compatible with screen readers and speech-to-text. We've interviewed over 6,000 neurodiverse candidates, and those with dyslexia rate their experience an average of 8.8 out of 10.
Unlike traditional assessments that only provide accommodations after disclosure, these features are built in from the start. Every candidate gets the same accessible experience.
If there's been a situation where this didn't work as intended, we'd genuinely like to investigate what happened.

On AI detection:
Our system may prompt during interviews if AI usage is detected, but this is guidance, not penalisation. Our philosophy is that what matters most is whether someone can demonstrate the required competencies. Detailed, thoughtful answers are exactly what we're looking for.
The platform measures actual capability and experience, which comes through regardless of how answers are prepared or polished.

**What do you like best about Sapia.ai?**

I like how accurate Sapia.ai is with determining suitability. It's quite tangible, as we can easily see that the higher the score, the better quality the candidate is. This has helped our team hire better and faster, which is crucial given the competitiveness for talent in our sector. The initial setup was very easy, and the Sapia.ai team were all fantastic to deal with. We went live with a new ATS at the same time, and the implementation and integration with Smart Recruiters was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?**

I find the reporting integration with our ATS lacking. Quickly and detailed reporting is a shortfall. Also, establishing how many hires were made throughout the year, along with their score, rating, and recommendation, remains a manual process. I wish more Sapia.ai data would feed back into the ATS, which would significantly reduce the need for manual reporting.

I find Sapia.ai incredibly helpful in the recruitment process, especially in identifying risks and providing valuable insights into candidates. The scoring system and the questions Sapia asks are outstanding, offering detailed insights into candidates' language skills and accountability. I appreciate the personal snapshot feature, which gives the recruitment team a clear idea of whether a candidate is suitable for a role. Additionally, the initial setup of Sapia.ai was really easy, which made the onboarding process smooth for our team.

Sometimes the scoring from Sapia.ai does not align with the actual candidate qualities, which has been observed in several cases. There is also an issue with AI detection; candidates just out of higher education have their scores flagged as AI detected because the system misinterprets their learned writing style.

**What do you like best about Sapia.ai?**

I appreciate the un-biased decision making that Sapia.ai offers, as it stands out distinctly and is crucial to our recruitment process. The JAS tool enhances our hiring efficiency by assessing candidates not just on their CVs but on their competencies relevant to the roles they apply for. This comprehensive assessment approach helps us make better-informed decisions. Additionally, I love the way Sapia.ai alleviates the pressure of managing high volumes of CVs, effectively streamlining our recruitment process. Although we have not yet implemented an Applicant Tracking System, Sapia.ai has already taken off some strain from manual tracking, offering a much-needed improvement to our existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Sapia.ai?**

I feel Sapia.ai could greatly improve by implementing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solution. Currently, we do not have an ATS in place, and this means tracking everything manually using spreadsheets. Although Sapia.ai has alleviated some of the workload by helping us handle a high volume of CVs, the addition of an ATS would make it a comprehensive solution for us. This would streamline our recruitment process significantly, allowing us to have a more integrated and automated system, as opposed to the manual processes we are currently reliant on.

I find Sapia.ai assists with volume hiring, enables unbiased decision-making, and efficiently assesses candidates based on competencies, reducing reliance on manual CV reviews.

The candidate is able to take their time with this, as it is not time sensitive. They can work on it at their own pace, starting, saving, and returning to complete it whenever it suits them.

Even when a candidate provides a detailed response, the system may still mark them as having failed. It also seems to focus heavily on customer service skills, even though this is not a requirement for every campaign. Additionally, the AI sometimes flags candidates for using AI, even when they have not actually done so.

The candidate is able to work on it at their own pace, with the option to start, save, and return to complete it whenever it is convenient for them. This flexibility not only saves time for us as recruiters, but also helps reduce the no-show rate.

I found the use of Sapia.ai was very easy and simple, which is perfect for users that may not be technological savvy.
I was impressed with accuracy of the personality insights given, after the automated chat interview.
This technically makes recruitment less stressful and exciting.
It's a great way for potential employees to be put at ease and have the chance to stand out during the application process.

I honestly find it hard to find any negatives!
If I had to mention anything, it would be probably the amount of emails users are sent

I cant lie, it was very odd how it got all that info from 4/5 questions truly groundbreaking, I have prev used ai services but yeah this was very supprisng. Implementaion is quite easy. Load of features to toggle and change things. Definatley saves times for specif character traits hire.

I had an impressive experience using this. This is the first time I have experienced such a different form of interview and the report that came after it made me realize how useful this can be in developing oneself and also working towards getting better. This is due to the unique response I provided in the interview.

What I don't like about it is not being able to retain your last typed messages. I typed long sentences trying to explain the important career goal I set for myself while typing I noticed I had to edit something from some of the answers I filled in, after editing that I came back to continue with what I was doing and couldn't find all I typed and I had to start again. This is not so good as this app involves you typing your answers as it comes to you but losing all of that and having to start again can be hectic.

It is my first time with Sapia and I liked the way it showed you the information. I felt confortable and I perceived and empathic tone that allowed me think easily about the answers. Also, the insight report is great, reading a short and clear description of personality attributes was a plus! I can compare how I think I am perceived through my way of communicating and how I am ACTUALLY perceived. The tips for some of them were simple and clear, too!

I pay and give a lot of attention to the details, so I think the platform works pretty well but there are things that can be better. When the AI quickly "types" long sentences, it overwhelms me with with the text, it would be better to adjust the pace of each text bubble for a better reading speed. Also, despite of my stable internet connection, I had to reload the page several times and had to write my last answer again. In my opinion, if those things improve, the experience would be perfect!

**What do you like best about Sapia.ai?**

I was able to take a demo of Sapia's AI text interview process today, and I found it to be an enjoyable experience. 

First off, the demo was very user-friendly. I received a link, and I was entered into the assessment with one click. I had to leave and return later, and my place was saved. I even received an email reminder to finish my evaluation with a link to my progress.

The overlay and narrative with "The Office" theme gave it a playful and approachable vibe. During the interview, I was well prepared that there would be five questions and reminded during my interview when only two questions remained. I felt at ease as soon as I read the questions because they replicated the behavioral questions I am used to seeing in a job interview, "Tell me about a time when..."

I also liked the tracking bar that showed me when my response was long enough. I assume this gauged the length I needed in my response so that the program could detect and provide meaningful feedback. Either way, it helped me know when my written response was sufficient.

Lastly, the feedback email was entertaining to read. I wish I had also received an email summary of my responses, but I was told I could get a copy of that upon request, which I also really liked. Overall it was a fun experience and was very quick. Given my responses, I was pleasantly surprised by how much feedback and detail they could provide. Overall I would enjoy seeing more of this assessment in my projects.

It collects the a lot of data based on your replies to a series of behaviour questions. Then its API will do the integration and analysis work from your replies and send you a personality profile.
Though the insights from the outcome are not 100% accurate to your, but most of them sounds right and the outcome will also provide some reflection points with critial thinking.

All the questions are more like behavour-questions that are quite often used in general interview. Some people might have already well prepared the best answers to these 'general' questions if they like.
It might be a good idea to have/design some more simple and straight-forward scenario questions (still no good or bad), which could be easier and thus more comfortable for people in the smart interview

All of the questions made by Sapia were relevant and in accordance to what real recruiters usually do. About just an hour after the AI interview, I got a report highlighting a lot of relevant aspects of my behavior. The report was very accurate.

I think the interview could be longer than it actually was. If it was longer, I would be able to show more professional and behavioral aspects of myself which could lead to even more accurate insights.
