**What do you like best about Power Broker CRM?**

Power Broker has been reliable for decades. It does everything we need and everyone can use it with ease, even when updates happen. We never miss a beat with things being confusing!

**What do you dislike about Power Broker CRM?**

It often takes multiple minutes to search for a client unless we know their client code off by heart. If we need to search by last name only it creates a long awkward pause while it searches the database from all of our offices.

**What problems is Power Broker CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good database for our insurance requirements. Keeps things organized. The reporting and ease of use is one of the best out there. Allows each role in our company to perform their jobs

**What do you like best about Power Broker CRM?**

It's a fairly user-friendly system that met our needs at the time we tried it out.

**What do you dislike about Power Broker CRM?**

There was more support from both Salesforce (the actual app, I believe Power Broker is an affiliate) and even Zoho.

**Recommendations to others considering Power Broker CRM:**

Definitely do your research - I found other, less expensive options that fit our needs better.

**What problems is Power Broker CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't use it anymore, so none, really. It was more expensive than Zoho and less functional, so we stuck with Zoho.
