**What do you like best about Potis AI?**

Very interesting approach to screening candidates. Sometimes you want to check how a candidate will behave in real situations. Potis allows you to simulate them and test the candidate's skills on tasks similar to real ones.

**What do you dislike about Potis AI?**

I would like to solve the screening task completely, for this purpose the function of checking candidate referents is missing. I hope they will add it in the future.

**What problems is Potis AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a medium sized company, but sometimes we too have limited recruiting resources. Sometimes more than a hundred candidates respond to our vacancies, and as a hiring manager I need to understand which of them to interview, who will show the best results in the future. I used to use skills assessment tests, but the results of many candidates are the same. This makes it impossible to make the right choice.
