# Is ROLLER Software worth it for amusement park management?

It comes up often enough in this category that I wanted to gather a real operator perspective rather than marketing, so I've been reading through what venues actually say.

Linking the Amusement Park Management Software category and ROLLER Software, here is the balanced picture from reviews:

On the value side, operators consistently point to the all-in-one span, reservations, point of sale, memberships, waivers, and reporting in one system, and many describe consolidating several tools onto it. Onboarding and support get strong marks, and the continuous stream of updates is a recurring positive.

On the cost and trade-off side, pricing and added fees come up repeatedly, with some flagging charges they did not expect. A few notes mid shift updates that change settings without warning, and reporting depth is a common wish; several run extra reports or outside tools to get what they need.

The net from reviewers who weigh it is that the platform earns its place for venues that want one modern system and will use most of it, while the ones who feel it is expensive tend to be smaller sites using a fraction of the features.

If you run ROLLER, did the all-in-one consolidation justify the cost for your size of venue? And for anyone who looked at it and passed, what tipped the decision?

For a venue actually replacing several separate systems, the consolidation could justify the cost pretty quickly. I’d be more hesitant for a smaller operation, though, especially if most of ROLLER’s broader feature set would go unused.
