**What do you like best about posIPOS?**

Very little downtime which reduces lost sales and improves guest/staff satisfaction.  The reporting is solid.

**What do you dislike about posIPOS?**

Some of the newer POS companies can better support pay at the table or kiosk functionality which can reduce labor in the stores.

**Recommendations to others considering posIPOS:**

Look carefully at the expectations of your POS as there are more options that provide more flexibility.

**What problems is posIPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POSi can handle online ordering as well as on-premises with consistent performance across many units.  The partnership with Shift4 is a benefit to our credit card processing.

It helps us keep everything together in one place and makes it easier for customers as well.

There is nothing negative I would say about this software; it works well for our needs.

We are able to have all purchases in one location. It is easy for customers to pay without any trouble.
