What do you like best about POS Nation?

I like the POS system because it is touch screen and fairly easy to navigate. Everything is sectioned off into categories and pages and you are able to scroll through and find what you need to find. It seems to be updated every now and then but not that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about POS Nation?

At first, I initially had issues learning the POS system. I was overwhelmed by everything and taken back by how different this POS system looked compared to my previous serving jobs. Also, the POS system crashed quite often. Not sure if it was just my location, but a lot of the time during rush hours, the POS system would crash on all of the computers and we would have to wait for it to reboot before we could use it again. What problems is POS Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using the POS system is quicker and more efficient than let's say writing a customer's order on a piece of paper and handing it to the cooks. Also you are able to put orders on hold for 5 minutes which is great when you're trying to time a meal perfectly starting with appetizers and ending with dessert. As well as putting in to-go orders when they are ready to leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easier access to our work pulls up past transactions refunds and exchanges is very easy to ring up someone without messing up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To get to some things is pretty hard like emails and messages we get from thr managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
